Pulled up to the window at 10:15 and asked for french toast and the man said “its 10:30. no.” and then he said “did u want the 3 or 5 piece?” and I politetly asked him did he check the time before telling me no and he responded with “DO YOU WANT THE 3 OR 5 PIECE?” I understand some workers have rough days but this man never ever has good customer service. I rarely come here but when I do its an instant regret. They are quick to send customers away because they dont wanna do the work which is the bare minimum.

Terrible customer service. I went to the drive thru and told the person while at the first ordering kiosk I had a coupon screenshot on my phone. They asked for the code and accepted it. Then at the next window they would NOT honor the coupon. The manager gave me major attitude and was condescending as all heck. Beyond disappointing. Avoid.

And bring bake the veal parmesan sandwich. I like this Burger King as it is easy to get too, clean, and good service.

Why does this Burger King not turn on there exterior lights? I thought they were closed? It's 8:30pm and there's ZERO lights on. I asked why the lights aren't on? The young lady working the drive thru on April 16, 2022 at 8:30 pm said " oh, we just forgot to turn them on" Really? I'm telling you the lights aren't on and you still don't turn them on?

So I go to this Burger King quite often ( I literally just left there) because I live very close to it and I will say they are some of the laziest employees I have ever seen at a fast food place college student or not you shouldn’t be rude to the customers and actually do your job that’s the first thing. The second thing is every single time I go there the order is always and I mean always messed up how hard is it to read a screen of an order when you have two cars in the drive-thru, because I get the same thing the exact way every single time I go and I ask for no onions there is onions on them every single time not only that they also like to add stuff that doesn’t even belong on it to begin with. The next thing is they seem to think that they can close whenever they want their time says 10 o’clock for closing I have gone there at 8:30pm 2 and 1/2 hours before closing time and they were closed The management needs to fire every single employee and replace them with people who actually want to work. I would say save yourself the time and if you really want Burger King go to the one in Sycamore

Our order was completely wrong and they corrected it without any attitude whatsoever! This is the kind of customer service I like that will keep them in business and us doing business with Burger King here in Dekalb at least the 4pm shift. I’m impressed, great job ladies (cashiers). The food was good! Sycamore Location ⤵️ My husband and I used the app for discounted prices.. we don’t understand why staff was upset because we order our $3.00 double whopper and free nuggets. Yes, we were returning customers but why the nasty demeanor? And why is it a problem simply asking for a cup of water? Ugh!!
