Totally not what I expected. Food had a funny frozen, cooker, refrigerated, reheated taste. Made sense because I heard a microwave go off just before we got our food. I wouldn't call this Vietnamese food or any Asian dish. Spring roll/Shrimp tastes like it was just thawed out, no herbs or mint. The dipping sauce had too much chili flake and was overall spicy, not nutty. Beas pad thai and beef stir fry were so disappointing. Taste like soy sauce and the dipping sauce mentioned above. I hope I don't get sick. VERY limited menu, no Pho, just like 5 dishes. VERY expensive. I love supporting little, local restaurants like this but will avoid this one.

I had only had pho once and did not like it. I decided to try Bea's and I love it! The fresh egg rolls were like no other! The pad Thai is great! The amount of food was large and I will definitely be back! I called, she walked me through everything and told me she would take care of me. Excellent food, Excellent service! I do recommend and I will definitely be back. For those that thinks she's mean? I believe it's a cultural way. I think she's more passionate than anything. As she should be.❤️

My first time trying this place. Fantastic! The flavors are awesome. We had the dumplings, beef soup, spicy rangoons, and spicy chicken curry. Can’t believe I’ve never eaten here. Easily my new favorite spot in town.

No where near worth $43 for two entrees and 4 egg rolls the food was greasy, egg rolls weren’t cooked all the way. No one was in the restaurant and service was super slow. I would rather go to Wendy’s across the street. I don’t know how this place has 4.5 stars??

FRESH!!! I placed my order and heard chopping in the kitchen. There are daily specials and the Pho on Thursday is the best. Bea came out and thanked us for dining there. She's been in business for decades. Put this place on your list for dine in or takeout.

It's a hole in the wall that you might just drive past. Over the years, I've found the best Asian food restaurants often not the most interesting looking on the outside. There's nothing fancy about it, but man is the food AMAZING! It is a small place, but well worth the wait if it's busy. Update 4/5/22. Still awesome. Still delicious and the food is better than a lot of fancy Chicago restaurants. The curry tofu is just, well, it's spicy af, and so flavourful. If it says it's spicy, it is, so be forewarned. She takes pride in making sure everything is fresh and that everyone loves their meal. Go soon. Go now. Go often. Just GO!

I need to be gluten free and when I made the change over 10 years ago, Bea noticed my new request, sat down and asked about my special diet restrictions. She explained that her facility was not gluten free but made sure to accommodate my diet restrictions. At the time I was inside her restaurant and I saw her through the little window wash out her wok and make me a normal dish! I had been getting salad with no croutons and sometimes no dressing!!!almost everywhere I went up until that day because nobody bothered to take the time to understand or cater to my diet restrictions. I also have an aunt that visits from MN who has full blown Celiac’s disease and we ALWAYS get Bea’s and so far she has never had a bad reaction. I also think it helps that Bea’s restaurant is incredibly clean. My Grandma who has no diet restrictions but can’t venture out right now absolutely loves Bea’s egg rolls. They are always still HOT by the time we get home to Grandma! So with all our restrictions we haven’t had to miss out on anything. Thank you Bea and her awesome staff! P.S. Best chicken soup in the world!!!

Absolutely love Bea's Wok & Roll. Pictured here is the Chicken and Noodle. It is a generous portion size and tastes good. We also order the crab ragoons, which are very delicious as well. Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes … More

I was disappointed eating here after seeing the high ratings it got. Perhaps being Chinese or eating at a lot of Vietnamese/Asian restraunts has set my bar too high. I really did like the appetizers I got, the crab Rangoon were large and didn't skimp on the filling. The potstickers were good too but more deep fried than I expected. The real disappointment was the Pad Thai I got. The noodles were not stir fried and just tasted like soy sauce and chili paste. And then topped with stir fried vegetables which I wish were cut a little smaller. The owner was very nice but maybe I went on an off day or ordered the wrong thing but I left pretty unsatisfied.
