I’m so annoyed rn… tried to call and get help from this GameStop which I go to all the time and this woman named Allison answered the phone and all I had was a question about the PS5 that would’ve took 2 seconds to get an answer but she refused to help me and refused to even let me ask my question, she put me on hold and then she hung up on me. That’s horrible customer service, this is GameStop and I had a question about the games and systems I purchase through them. I will never go to this GameStop ever again!!

The lady working on Friday the 19th around 3pm was absolutely RUDE. My sister and I walked in and not only did she just look at us and turn her back on us without saying a single word to us, she just went to the backroom and left us in the store alone. When she finally decided to come back out she didn't bother to acknowledge us and tried so hard to avoid looking at us. BUT the moment a tall gentleman came in she became a whole different person. immediately welcomed him in and asked him if there was anything he needed help with and even after he said no thank you she insists with "if there's anything you need let me know" and lets him know of the new games and items in store and lets him know where the sales/clearance is at and to "be sure to check it out, there great stuff" meanwhile my sister and I are still there being treated as if we didn't exist. It sucks to get discriminated as a woman by another woman. I just wanted to buy my husband a Switch OLED and a couple Funko Pops. My sister was so discouraged to buy some of the Fortnite items that were on Sale.

Terrible experience. Alison McDaniel (manager of the night) treated us terribly. We were waiting for our kids to make a decision on a game while distracting our younger kids with toys purchased in a different store and in a very condescending voice she shamed our little one and us for sitting “in [their] store” and got accused of stealing (“did you even pay for those toys.” Our kids left in tears. I returned to let her know our kids left in tears and she kicked me out of the store. Very disappointed, sad and enraged. Very much felt racially profiled.

I want to thank Max for going above and beyond with his customer service at the Brentwood on sand creek location. He even called another store and hunted down the nintendo switch I needed and told them I'd be on my way to pick it up and have a warranty issue resolved. Give that guy a raise.

There were very friendly workers when I went here who were very useful. The prices are fair and they have the latest games in stock. I only wish that they carried more computer games. Otherwise this location is great and has awesome games and merchandise.
