Nice place, nice staff. It would be nicer if I could go there for my treadmill oil as needed but at 10$ for a 1/2 oz, I think I'll stick with amazon where I can get 4 oz for the same price.

Over the past several years we put together a home gym with various equipment from Pacillo's. The quality of the products is very good and I have found prices to be largely competitive. I am happiest though with their customer service. The delivery and setup has always gone well. When we did have a product issue it was with our elliptical and it was several years after purchase. Pacillo's treated us as though we had just bought it, helping us to make it right. I think it's rare for a business to stand by a product so long after the sale. I feel like they value their customers a little more than most retailers do.

Stopped in today after hearing all the commercials. I had to ask the guy who came in to see if I wanted help if they were new. He said no the company had been here awhile. I asked because the showroom was dingy and dark and nothing was tagged with prices. Wasn’t a pleasant place to be or shop and the young man said that’s how the owner wants it. So I went somewhere else and had a much better experience at G&G.

After realizing Pacillo's Fitness accepts my Independent Health Health Extras Card I found an arm curl bench which I had been looking for and was able to easily make the purchase online and paid for the ground shipping......then to my surprise the bench was dropped off at my door FOUR HOURS LATER....I didn't even know it would be the same day! Amazon who?? definitely going to be the first place i look any time i need something fitness related going forward

Was ready to buy an expensive piece of equipment, but told to contact Mike at a later date for clarification of availability. Mike's tone was rude on the phone stating that they didn't have that item currently, and that the price quoted previously was wrong. He repeated himself in a surly manner, leaving me with the impression he couldn't be bothered to assist with a $1000+ sale. His attitude compelled me to leave this, my first review ever....thought it might help someone.

Wasted time driving here. Called and no one picked up the phone. The voicemail said open till 8pm. Drive here only to find out they close at 6. Update your website, google listing, and your voicemail to reflect these changes. Lazy all around.

Great business. Needed two heavy kettlebells for workout over weekend. They were in stock. They had options to choose from, extended hours and were available. Helpful friendly and patient while I chose which one I wanted. Helped me carry out to my car. Appreciated the help. Would definitely recommend!
