I called the pharmacy at 4:19 today to inquire about a script I needed filled. I have never ever been condescended to like this by a pharmacist. I tried to just put the blame on all the extra pressure because of Covid and not let it bother me. Recently there was a sign in the pharmacy stating they were having staffing problems, thank you for your patience, etc. Once again Covid, I get it. But this person today was the end for me. I'm sorry because I liked this store. You just can't talk down to your customers like they're totally incompetent and for no good reason. I needed help because my meds ran out, that's all. I'll be transferring to a different drug store

Wait times are ridiculous. Put you on hold and never come back to the phone. Yesterday follow steps that script is ready, do you want to pay ahead? Do you want it delivered? Heck yeah.. well here it is an hour before delivery window closes..voicemail that it’s out of zone. Need to pick it up. It took you til after 4pm to figure this out? Come on Rite aid you can do better! This has been several months of terrible service. We have used Rite Aid in the Southtowns for as long as I can remember. I know we are supposed to have patience, I’ve tried. Totally unacceptable. Time to move on.

Almost all staff are rude, and they take 5+ days to refill a basic rx. Website won’t let you order refill early, so basically impossible not to run out of your medicine. Weirdest pharmacy I have ever seen, had to switch to Walgreens.

Had bad experience with the cashier. The cashier looked at each picture that you printed out and asked what is the purpose of pictures for. Where is my privacy? If you were looking for photo printing service, I would recommend Walgreen where it is located 5 minutes away.

I am very disappointed by the service at the pharmacy with the drive through. Multiple times I had to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to help me when there are literally 4 people working there. I wish my old pharmacy took my new insurance because I never had to wait this long

I absolutely love this location. It's always very clean and organized! The pharmacy staff is the absolute best in the area. They go out of their way to help me with any problems and are more accommodating than my doctor's office! They know me by name and will drop everything to fill my medications if they aren't ready. I refuse to go anywhere else!!

The staff is great, very kind and caring. This is a very high volume busy store. They work hard and try their best to get hundreds of prescriptions filled on time for all the customers. I've heard so many complaints about things not being ready, but customers need to understand that there are maybe 4 people working having to fill hundreds of prescriptions. This isn't McDonald's, pharmacist need to make sure the medication is correct and is not an allergen to the patient and that it doesn't interact with other medications. This is for your safety, your health, YOUR LIFE. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They work hard for all their patients and no not get enough credit.... or respect!

You had no one in the waiting area but them and it took you an hour to count pills and put them in a bottle. Your website says" usually a 10 minute wait " that is not true.
