I shop at this store often. Today the cashier was called to his register due to a line up of customers. He talked with the employee at the next register while he threw my items in the cart. He barely looked up when he asked me to push a cart to the register. Sad customer service. These young people probably don't have any guidance as to how to work with the public. Rude!

Easily the best store to shop in the area...the prices can't be beat and even the generic products are quality. They don't carry obscure items like the huge grocery chains but have all the essentials and once you get use to the layout of the store you can be in & out with a full cart in 15 min.

I understand the economy is what it is today but come on folks. We can do better than this. Went to the store yesterday and their strawberries were on sale. There were dozens of tubs of strawberries. And every ... SINGLE ... one had mold. Hate buying canned fruit but when you can't guarantee to not get food poisoning from the "fresh" produce, got to do what you got to do. May need to find another grocery store for fresh produce in the future. :(

Aldi on Maple in Amherst can do better. 75% of the cashier's throw your groceries so ridiculously that they break things. Bread is on the bottom with milk thrown on it. A chocolate egg was crushed and a yogurt. They scan so quickly that they scan things twice. I get the idea is fast check out but they can place things in the cart rather than throw them around.

Very busy location..I am not a fan of any Aldi's. I know you can find great deals at them, but for me their produce is the absolute worst. When I say that all of Aldi's locations have terrible produce. Maybe I go on the wrong days, but every time we go. Sorting through their half rotten vegetables just turns me off to the place. But as I mentioned, their other products are cheaper than Wegmans. Especially if you are getting meat and seafood items.
