The staff here ROCKS!!!!!!!!! When I lived there everyone I came in contact with was awesome, nice, helpful and cheerful. In this time, being nice, helpful AND cheerful is hard to find, so there it is definitely appreciated! I moved to Florida a few months ago, I definitely don't have that about the CVS' here, but that is another story all together....anyhoo, I had an unexpected delivery that I tried intercepting. I thought I was successful...dun, dun, dun. I was not! The HelloFresh Box was delivered to my old address. Those wonderful tenants had the idea to take it to CVS, as it was a UPS dropoff/pickup. I received a message request on FB, from someone named Norma (I thought it was SPAM) hoping I was the person that had a HelloFresh missed delivery. I was so shocked and amazed! I called up there. Jessica answered & was so excited that I called back. They were just trying to help the name on the sticker before they did anything else. If that is not OVER & BEYOND for CUSTOMER SERVICE, what is it????????? When I go back to visit, I will go see them. Better yet, I'm going to see if I can get them a free HelloFresh box for helping me!!! Aye!!!!! CVS, you have a gem in those two!!!! You can't forget about the others I have worked with, I just don' t have their names. One is an older gentleman, maybe a manager. There is also another dark-haired lady (no disrespect intended). They should transfer to Gainesville, Florida and give Customer Service training. It's not about them going out of their way, their job to find someone, it is about the fact they had the thought to do so. Real people treating people the way they want to be treated. I would give it zero stars if I could. I came from Walgreens looking for eye drops. I thought I would check out cvs's selection. Omg CVS is crazy expensive. I turned right around and left. $$$$ I had add I just got a text message from cvs to complete a survey by 1-5-2022 and get $100. They sent the message 1-6-2022. A day too late. Never stepping in their stores again.

The manger that operates the front end is the only employee that has agreat attitude! I feel sorry for him working with a team like the pharmacy! My business will not be here anymore. I spend 500. monthly here and they have no concern on losing my business. They don't need it apparently

I will never use cvs again they are in no way in any kinda hurry to get you your medicine, left the emergency room and dropped off(1:20pm) my prescription. I was told it would be an hour called an hour later wasnโt ready. The. called other hour later after 3x of that.I went up there because I was told it would be really for pick up at 4:45pm got to the window and was told it would be another hour. If you need your on time or are in massive amounts of pain wouldnโt recommend using cvs. They are horrible

CVS has done a terrible job handling my perception. I have to take injections twice a day. They never have them available, when they do thereโs always some excuse for them not to fill it. Half of the time their reasons donโt even make sense. Iโm on day 3 of no medication that I need to take TWICE A DAY. Not to mention my perception got screwed up because their IVR called me yesterday and told me they were still waiting on my order to come in. Turns out it was filled at the pharmacy TWO DAYS AGO. So I tried to get it transferred to another pharmacy but it wonโt go through for either now. Their error could literally land me in the hospital. This week. If your medications are highly priority, donโt put yourself at risk and use this pharmacy.

I live just across the street so I come here quite frequently. The staff is super friendly which I appreciate. There is a worker who speaks Spanish (I donโt but not sure how else to identify her) who works evenings and is so friendly. Randall, who I believe is the manager, is always willing to stop whatever heโs doing whenever he sees a line. He asks what Iโm looking for and is very knowledgeable about what they carry - I once asked if they carried a specific makeup brand and he immediately knew the answer. Iโve had very positive experiences here, which is nice because you donโt really expect that from chain stores these days.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I guess the pharmacist here think they are smarter than the doctors that treat us. Stop playing God with people's lives. There's a reason why doctors have so much more schooling than you all. Oh, and if they tell you that the don't have a medication that is scheduled, they are most likely lying. They won't even bother to tell you the truth.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy ever and I just love the people there. To be specific, Alpa, Lauren, Taylor, Kimi, Jennie, Elissa, Randy, Daphna, Jessica, Julia, Celeste, Margaret, and Norma. I really do miss Keri Pennington, Randi Stursa, and Mai Tran who all previously worked at the pharmacy. This the best place ever, always happy and joyful. Customer service excellent, spot on, fantastic. I would never switch Pharmacies ever, only this one! I am a loyal customer/patient to the CVS Pharmacy on 89th and May.

She was so RUDE that I left without the prescriptions that were sent 11 hours ago that were already filled and I severely needed. I take these prescriptions daily. I am completely out of a prescription. I have a business and if she was my employee then she would have been terminated on the spot. I noticed from the reviews that I am not the only person she has treated RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL This is absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received at this pharmacy here in 20 plus years.
