8 Best vitamin and supplements store in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I have never had a problem with the staff at this store or with the pharmacy staff. They always greet with "welcome to CVS" friendly and helpful when needed. I have been going to this location for over 15 years. ~Martina

The staff here ROCKS!!!!!!!!! When I lived there everyone I came in contact with was awesome, nice, helpful and cheerful. In this time, being nice, helpful AND cheerful is hard to find, so there it is definitely appreciated! I moved to Florida a few months ago, I definitely don't have that about the CVS' here, but that is another story all together....anyhoo, I had an unexpected delivery that I tried intercepting. I thought I was successful...dun, dun, dun. I was not! The HelloFresh Box was delivered to my old address. Those wonderful tenants had the idea to take it to CVS, as it was a UPS dropoff/pickup. I received a message request on FB, from someone named Norma (I thought it was SPAM) hoping I was the person that had a HelloFresh missed delivery. I was so shocked and amazed! I called up there. Jessica answered & was so excited that I called back. They were just trying to help the name on the sticker before they did anything else. If that is not OVER & BEYOND for CUSTOMER SERVICE, what is it????????? When I go back to visit, I will go see them. Better yet, I'm going to see if I can get them a free HelloFresh box for helping me!!! Aye!!!!! CVS, you have a gem in those two!!!! You can't forget about the others I have worked with, I just don' t have their names. One is an older gentleman, maybe a manager. There is also another dark-haired lady (no disrespect intended). They should transfer to Gainesville, Florida and give Customer Service training. It's not about them going out of their way, their job to find someone, it is about the fact they had the thought to do so. Real people treating people the way they want to be treated. Juanita in customer service should have more stars!. She went above and beyond to help me with a return from an online order and she even was clocked out to go home but stayed to help me get it resolved. After several calls and on hold she was finally able to get someone from another store to listen and help. Thank you so very much Juanita! ~barb

The worst.place to fill your prescriptions, every month is the same BS. I just had surgery and they made me comeback 3 times using thousands of excuses, they tell you to come back in 1 hour or 20 minutes just to make time, once you come back if you are lucky to get someone at the window,, they invent something else or they are already closed. My Doctor call in my prescriptions talk to whom ever he need it talk, some guy who say he is the pharmacist was extremly arrogant an with cero customer services touch. I have never experienced a place of business so unethical and unprofessional! This time l made sure l did everything right! None the less there was still an issue. A young man advised me that they have my medication but will need my "medical code" for one. I'd never heard of this. I asked for what? What is that? He didn't even know! I guess they didn't think l was calling my doctor's office, but l sure did! I ask them what they were talking about now! Get this, it is against hippa guidelines to even ask a patient this! I went there in person . I was the only one in line for a couple minutes, and everyone looked at me made eye contact and would not address me. Finally, a you technician asked me if I'd been helped. Bless his heart, l was sure to not lose my temper because someone was clearly using him to get under my skin. I will be transferring and looking for legal advice at this point. ~Falicia

The associates were very helpful and informative. Also we was able to take advantage of a free consultation booking with a nutritionist as rewards member. ~David
