They open in the mornings to late. @ 10:30. Go to the one by Quail mall they open early. They open @ 9:00

The store clearly has a sign stating they are open New Year's Eve from 10-7 pm. The lights are on, but the doors are locked. They have lost a total of 8 customers between 11:45-12:10. Did someone take a lunch? If so, just put a sign on the door informing your customers. Simple Courtesy.........

Just a terrible experience. The worker couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone or put her phone down while checking out. We can get these products anywhere! No reason to visit this location. Go somewhere else. 0 stars.

Tried to call in to confirm hours online were accurate... Phone was "busy" for 3 hours. Showed up before closing time based on their hours on the website and they were closed. They lost 3 customers from the time I pulled up to when I left.

Store hours state they are open until 8:30p on google. I got there at 7:55p and the doors were locked and the cashier looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and continued counting money. Will not be shopping here again!

Online it says that they don't close until 8:30pm, but I got there at 8:01pm to see hours posted on the door say they close at 8:30. I could have saved my time and gas if the hours online matched the ones in the store.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now, staff has always been nice. Owner is nice as well. Unfortunately I purchased a drink on 05/17 and drank most of it, after drinking it I did notice the expiration was 04/23/2020. I called and the gentleman advised I can bring it back and receive a refund. (Which I thought was weird especially during a pandemic and they’re rules is no return right now) I advised the gentleman I’ve drank most of the bottle and wanted to let them know they’re expired. He replied, “Thank You” .. Still like Vitamin Shoppe, just gonna change the store location I purchase from.

Dylan is definitely the best employee there. I'm so happy he's the assistant manager! He really takes the time to tell you about what's in the products and what they do for the body. He's also extremely patient and kind.
