The worst.place to fill your prescriptions, every month is the same BS. I just had surgery and they made me comeback 3 times using thousands of excuses, they tell you to come back in 1 hour or 20 minutes just to make time, once you come back if you are lucky to get someone at the window,, they invent something else or they are already closed. My Doctor call in my prescriptions talk to whom ever he need it talk, some guy who say he is the pharmacist was extremly arrogant an with cero customer services touch. They are totally incompetent and do not use this place. 6:45 pm Thursday March 10th. Location 4200 S Western Oklahoma city Oklahoma.

Yesterday, as I went to pick up my prescription medication, a disrespectful and unattentive attendant told me that the script that should be ready the day before was not even in the system. I told her to check again, of course it was. Then she said it couldn't be filled because "it was the same as the other". As I escalated my own "assertiveness", she called the pharmacist in charge, a woman who consistently violates her professional code of ethics, who, as I should, was lectured on her professional obligations and how illegal it was to contradict our order (4 physicians) and how in trouble she could be. This needs to be fixed. There is another pharmacist there, one that seems to understand professional ethics.

I soo tired of this pharmacy on SW 44th and Western they have the worst customer service they hang up on you when you are talking I guess they don't feel like working and have no cummication ethic or respect for the customes need, and act like you are bothering them when we are giving them buisness. And this is not the first time this happens to me. I think that after today I will be changing the pharmacy for my patents.

Terrible communication! Dropped off my medication, which is imperative to have, and was told "it was in stock" and it'd be ready in an hour. Went the next morning, was told they had to order it and would be in the next day. Went today and still not ready until tomorrow!! >:( One day is okay to wait, but being told 3 different times to return is not healthy and no one bothered to call me with an update. So I went to CVS instead and they were fantastic!
