Our experience at Verizon with Lamar was absolutely one of the best experiences in this service that we've experienced, he was extremely professional very helpful very informative while also being engaging and pleasant to interact with, not afraid to small talk and joke around while at the same time being as professional as needed, could not ask for better service from a Verizon employee!

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. First impressions are everything and as I was waiting to be helped within this location, the things I heard employees talk about BAFFLED me. STAY AWAY. They twist and manipulate promotions to suit them best. They talk about turning a trade promotion into a “bundling” promotion and ask each other how much they make. They do not care about customers, because doing that is an outright LIE!!! I even asked one person who worked there about it and they were telling me that they are required to push certain phones to make money, and that they did not like it. They lie lie lie to you here. Please either shop online or go to a corporate store to get honest service
