Less than one year ago I went to activate a phone. The sales people said...buy this screen protector it has a lifetime warranty. OK. I bought it. Now less that one year later I went back. The protector is chipping. Do you have the box. We have record of you buying it, but it is not clear it is the life time one. Do you have the box. There is a card inside. So, I have the box. Brought it in. Oh no sir, I'm sorry, you have to contact the company. I said..what am I going to do mail them my phone? Sorry sir, we just sell them. See, this is just with the company. Cricket has decent phone service, but the product presentation and honesty leaves something to be desired. Don't buy anything there. I sell glasses. Imagine if you returned a pair for warranty and I said...call the company. Customers would not be happy. And I"m not happy. So, I'll leave this review everywhere I can. Don't buy at these stores. They should not sell product with a sticker that says clearly lifetime warranty. Turnover is huge in this type of store, so one cannot ever see the person who sold you the product. ~Allan

Well the employees are ok but it was a bit of a struggle to buy a game because they didn't believe I was over 27 even though I was wearing a university badge and had drove there and the prices are way overpriced but it's retro and clean. ~Jose

My wife an I went in to try and upgrade from our switch lite to a switch pro. The clerk was helpful and informative.. at first. As we began the transaction, the clerk asked if I wanted warranty for the product, to which I said no. No issue. He then asked if I had a GameStop membership, to which I said no. I told him then that I did not want one and he began asking me why not. I told him that I was not interested in a membership and wanted to just get the transaction over with and leave. We then went back and forward on the issue for 5 minutes. I constantly telling him that I did not want the membership until my wife (who was on the phone until this point) came up to see what was taking so long. He then asks her if she would like a mbership, to which she says no. He then starts the same line of questioning with her and I stop it by saying that, no matter what he says we are not getting the membership. He then hands us our switch lite and tells us to leave the store. ~Ocean

Raj greeted me at the door and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The manager was also personable and professional. Lastly, Raj also informed me of a real good deal on my new phone and new tablet! I totally recommend this store! 💙💜❤️ ~Carissa

Lamar was patient and kind when dealing with us older folk. He went out of his way to help us achieve what we needed. Our situation was complicated and he was the only rep that was able to figure out what was needed. He came to the location that is needed, on his day off night I add. Excellent service.
