A employee named Marco gave me a hard time and was super disrespectful when I kept saying no to renewing my pro membership. Kept making the comment “you must hate money” and acted as if he didn’t want to hand me the game I had just purchased all because I kept saying no to the pro membership. Why is a grown man trying to intimidate me for a gaming membership?

My wife an I went in to try and upgrade from our switch lite to a switch pro. The clerk was helpful and informative.. at first. As we began the transaction, the clerk asked if I wanted warranty for the product, to which I said no. No issue. He then asked if I had a GameStop membership, to which I said no. I told him then that I did not want one and he began asking me why not. I told him that I was not interested in a membership and wanted to just get the transaction over with and leave. We then went back and forward on the issue for 5 minutes. I constantly telling him that I did not want the membership until my wife (who was on the phone until this point) came up to see what was taking so long. He then asks her if she would like a mbership, to which she says no. He then starts the same line of questioning with her and I stop it by saying that, no matter what he says we are not getting the membership. He then hands us our switch lite and tells us to leave the store.

Went there to sell them my old ps4 pro and to return a game that was incorrectly shipped to me. Experience was great. Took a while for them to check the equipment but other than that, staff were knowledgeable and polite. Def recommend this location.

I have been coming to thia store for years. Great service. Friendly people. Been a rewards member for 6+ years (to get discounts so i can buy my grandson all the new video games) Large selection of games. I was a bit upset when i was told they didnt have a copy of battletoads i was looking to get for my grandson for the holidays. Aside from that great service.

Worst company to order from over two weeks still haven’t received my tv. Representatives did not know how to track because the shipping company displayed on tracking isnt the correct one. I went ahead and brought a tv from elsewhere . Whenever this tv finally arrives i will be returning. Dont recommend this company

Showed up 30 minutes before close with two people in front of me trying to do simple transactions, store employe spent a very long time chatting and pushing services and products on the two people in front of me, took 20 minutes to get to me, then wouldn't trade in my controllers because it was too close to close. I understand that the employee is not in charge of the hours that the company gives and is expected to upsell, but it was an extremely frustrating experience.

One of the best game stop locations I have ever had the privilege of stepping foot in. The team lead was amazing with his service, willingness to help, and compared to other stores, it felt like it was above and beyond. I appreciate this store, and so will you.

Cashier needs education on how refunds work. I returned a product which had a $5 shipping discount for items above $35 and he did a price override and reduced $5 from the original item price. When I objected he said shipping charges are not refunded, I was not asking for shipping charges to be refunded, I just wanted to get the money I paid for the product. Didn’t argue much, never going back to this shop. Great store spoiled by wrong staff.
