Pick-up is horrible, I waited for 30 minutes before getting an email saying my pick-up is complete and rate the transaction. Then another 40 minutes after talked to two associates and a leader. I understand this sensitive time but don't promise what you can't do. The worse thing is, no organization or management as where customers can contact if their items get lost. I don't have time for miscommunication and no respect to customer.

Although the online order pickup process was quick, the associate working in the pickup area could have had better customer service by improving her attitude. Professionalism is not that hard.

So I'm not going to lie, I know a lot of folks have some critical reviews about this store, but I've been going here since 2003, and I its part of my Houston experience!! They have everything, as in you know how people say "Walmart has everything", these folks have everything!!! So best believe I still go here and will give them a good review!!!

Walmart Supercenter in Houston area is one of the best stores around you can visit. They've got it all under one roof. From clothing to food, stationary, drinks, electronics to kitchen items. I will start with the clothing area. That place usually gets my attention first anytime I visit. They have lots and lots of varieties of clothing outfits, from jeans of all sizes, even for plus size, to night wears, to tank tops (especially now that this is summer time) ☀️, to socks, tops, shorts (really love the shorts too, for summer). And oh! They've all got scrubs for doctors and nurses, I think that's really cool. They got clothes for kids too, you should see them, they are so cute. Underwears are not left out, They've got lovely bras and pants. I've got so much to say about the clothing area because there is really a lot going on there and I can't tell it all. Lest not forget the male section of clothing too...no one is really left out in the clothing area. Then I will talk briefly about the food/fruit section. They've got really fresh fruit products everything you vist, I think that's really very commendable. I honestly can go on and on about all the things you can get in Walmart, but this space will not be enough for it. So I will imploy you to visit them for all you may need for your household.

Love most of the people who work there. You occasionally get a grumpy, but everyone has a less than perfect day on occasion. I can remember how beat I was many days when working and I wasn't on my feet all day as I suspect each of them are. Bless them all.

This used to be my go to store but as of lately anything dealing with this particular location is an online and pick up order. Unfortunately, I had to make a trip inside the store and I must say whoever is in charge needs to do better with their ac issues and the cleanliness of their bathrooms. It's annoying and it's gross!

Over the years this place became part of our daily life. We do from grocery, pharmacy to auto you name it. This morning around 7:30am I went to do my oil change. Door wasn't open yet, there was few cars on the line and I pulled up to an empty lane. Little far from the door waiting for one of the associates to tell me which way to go. This Hispanic looking associate got nasty with me. He was tell me that he wasn't going to walk to me I have to go to him. With a very rude attitude. I asked him if he's okay, why is he talking to me like that. He got more 😡 mad. I didn't feel like having an argument with him so I left. If any manager from this location reading this, please work with your employees. Teach them how to talk

That bell pepper tag shows 0,60 but when you scan will charge you 0,68 on 05/08/22. Probably if you go there this week is still there, fooling customers. Most of times the prices are wrong not lower but higher. Every time they honored the price however they never fix it! They should correct the product code or tag but instead are just putting a band aid. This time I looked for the manager and he/she explained that situation happens often. She/ he said they always honored the price and I said I was not complaining about myself but for the other customers who are not paying attention. Unfortunately, looks like they don’t care much about it and in the end is the customer responsibility, which is NOT! Customers are not responsible for guessing the price, it should be clear. Can you image how much extra money they can make it? Walmart, please teach your managers about root cause analysis to take actions for fix it not remediate!!!! I am wondering if the wrong tags charging higher it is a mistake or is planned.

I have been coming here for years with no issue.. but today I was ridiculed by 2 employees. They have a whole lot of expired products on their shelves. I bought twinkies this morning feb 5 2022 . After my kids consumed about 2, I tasted one and it tasted funny I decided to look at the expiry date and discovered it expired last December 2021. I did have an attitude while returning it and the lady that processed the return didn’t have an issue with me but the other godforsaken lady I was not talking to dared to ask what is wrong with me.. excuse me, I’m I suppose to come have a party with the store after buying and consuming an expired product? She ridiculed me and they did nothing but to call security, but the security did nothing because they understood my pain.. she was very rude. And insensitive.. she didn’t care that my household consumed expired product she was concerned about my attitude when infact I was not even talking to her. I didn’t want any problem initially but they have pushed me. They have a whole bunch of expired products on their shelves. I took this picture just when I went to return the expired one I got.
