I was interested in purchasing a jacket and tried it on, then decided I wanted it so I carried it around with me. 5 different workers eyed me down the whole time I was there and I was followed by one, like I was going to steal it. This felt very racially motivated, I was not greeted at the door, I was looked up and down. I put the jacket away and left.

This was by far the nicest Kohls that I have been to in a while well Stocked with a great selection in most all departments. It was clean and well organized very nice.

Went there on a Saturday morning to buy a few men's dress shirts and nice pants. The men's side was a total mess that looked like nothing had been folded, sorted or organized. If you are a fat tall guy they have your size. If you're a slim short guy no chance. This place felt more like a goodwill than a clothing retail store. Why did they change the layout? It was better before. Before it made sense walk in straight to casual left to dress, ties, and belts, socks, underclothes, around to shoes and sportswear. This was far from a comfortable shopping experience.

Prices are really high. Employee that checked us out was very pushy to sign up for their rewards card. My husband said no and she still continued to push it. Finally my husband had to get firm with his no then she gave attitude.

Rude customer service at front counter. Seems to be the norm for this location. Never willing to assist. Seem to be annoyed to help you. I will think twice about trading at this establishment anytime again soon.

Not only did I visit Kohl’s I did an online order. The store is very clean and organized, they take great pride in their store and customer service. My online experience was just as pleasant as the store. I placed an order for our holiday pajamas and I received them 2 days before they said I would. Would recommend the Derby Kohl’s for holiday shopping.

Such a good selection at good prices. A majority of the stuff is decent quality at an okay price, but some things you have to watch out on. Sonoma branded products have usually lasted around a year for me, most recent issue was the stiching unraveled the entire left leg of my pants...ouch.
