I would like to update my review...I had no choice but to go back tonight and thank God I did because Jeff the operations manager was an absolute 5-star! Thank you Jeff for saving the day! You are a real asset! Dan from this morning still gets a 1-star! Dan, if you don't like your job. .. QUIT!! Then Jeff can run the store!! Horrible wedding registry! Horrible customer service I will never shop at Bed Bath & Beyond again!

We found the small Crockpot we needed but were disenchanted with our overall stop. The customer service was subpar- three cashiers chatting amongst themselves and not greeting customers; the ladies bathroom has become dark and gross; and the selection of novelty products has nearly diminished. I went to the RR while my husband paid only to be grossed out with the rundown status and not thanked for my patronage when crossing the path of the cashiers on our way out. Time to improve your store, BB&B

Bought a Black Friday robot vacuum, turned out defective, waited on replacement to arrive, spent 3 hours with customer service, was awaiting their call from Columbia, never called. Returned product, no problem.
