Been to this store 3 times to upgrade a phone the ladies there barely even tried to help us. Spent 2 months trying to get an upgrade. Every time they sent us on our way to call the T-Mobile tech support, go the 2 miles down the street to the 14899 W 151st location. Very helpful and took care of everything for us no problems. We wasted a lot of time trying to get help at this location

I spoke with Nik yesterday on my antique family share plan, went in today and Katie hooked us up with new phones. Nik even had to run to another store for inventory and he did it without hesitation. They went above and beyond, making sure we had what we wanted. Easily the best experience I have ever had walking into a T-Mobile store in 7 years. Great Job!

Walk in there to look for a new phone since I have to get new ones for office, and sales employees. No one bother to ask what I need it or “I’ll be there with you” honestly I was Expecting that I don’t know if they don’t care or employees simply aren’t happy.

Updated Review: Management went above and beyond and dug the SD card out of their shred bin and called to tell us we could come pick it up at the store. Thanks. Original Review: They don't follow basic practices with upgrading phones. Sorry your accessories with your old phone are gone. Why would an "experienced" employee not think to check for an SD card in the old phone?? It's gone forever now, no compensation, no options, it's gone. "Sorry" 🙄 Called back to the store LESS than 24 hours after the upgrade. Your old phone is gone.

Not a great experience at the store for sure. However, manager called me today and we got everything resolved. Hopefully moving forward the employee's here take the time to treat the customer as their priority. Thanks

I've been trying to return an Apple watch I purchased and wasn't getting any help from the store I purchased it at. Long story on the watch, if any of you have ever gone into account recovery with Apple you know the deal. up to 30 day lockout on your account. Anyway, went to the store I got it from again, and the manager wasn't there, again. Was supposed to of called me back yesterday on it. So I decided to go to this store. The manager, Heather, took care of me in 5 minutes. Perfect. I was astounded at the difference in customer service between this one and the other. if you have problems go to this store and see Heather.

We went in to start a new plan and they reset our iPhones without our approval so now we are permanently locked out of our Apple ID accounts. They were supposed to give us a free phone and didn’t. We were told our phone bill would be $180 and it’s $240 with no explanation. The two employees there also messed up the person’s plan before us. All around terrible service. Don’t recommend this location at all. Very rude and unhelpful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile store and that's saying a lot. When we walked into the store no employees were on the Floor. Then we saw the door open I guess to the backroom and they slowly started coming out about 5 of them. Then 2 of them went back into the backroom. We were the only customers in the store for a while. The one that helped us spoke in a soft voice so you could hardly hear what she was saying. She act like she didn't know what she was doing. With that many employees standing around you would think someone would offer to help her solve our problem. When she did asked a older employee which I believe was in charged what she should do when it came to helping us she seemed to be UNBOTHERED. We were there for about 40 minutes and nothing was solved. Went to another T-Mobile store and received much better customer service. The employees at the other store were more about taking care of business and helping us get what we wanted and we did. Plus the other T-Mobile store looked cleaner and more organized. This store looked dirty and grudgy. I most definitely will not ever waste my time going back to this store. Nasty Store... Nasty employees with attitudes. NO THANK YOU.
