Ton of great things to share about Greg and Sam at this store! I am a longtime Verizon customer, and I went in to add two lines. Greg helped me with a clear quote that he wrote down for me to take home and consider, and then when I came back in I worked with Sam to get our order complete. Everyone imagines going to the 'phone store' is going to be a nightmare...but Sam mad sure it was nothing close to that. Clear communication, real expectations, and then offering to follow up with me later (so I could go about my day) really made this super easy. On top of the above, Sam reviewed my account, and ended up saving me a good amount of money on our plan. I am so very happy with service received here, as well as the overall service from Verizon especially over the last few years. Thanks for making my day Sam!

We wanted to upgrade all the phones in our family so I stopped in a local Verizon store (not the one I'm reviewing) to ask for details about their promotions, pricing, etc. The store clerk was .... well, not helpful and a bit condescending. Cell phone pricing with all the different plans, additional charges, etc. can be confusing and I left there feeling overwhelmed. So when I decided to definitely trade in our phones, I chose the TCC Verizon retailer in Olathe. Immediately, I felt more welcomed and comfortable. Greg was our sales person and he was amazing!! So kind and patience, explaining everything in a way that I could understand. After placing our order, we received the phones earlier than expected and when we went in to pick them up, Greg was there again to completely transfer the data from all 4 old phones to the new ones. It was by far the best experience I have had regarding our cell phones - ever! I will definitely be making TCC in Olathe our home for cell phone help and future purchases!

Ian is the best, he helped me get a new plan for my phone and is the most professional employee I've seen at a company, respectful, nice and great to talk to. We had to call the other Verizon customer service to change a code and they took forever, he shouldn't of had to wait so long for them to their job. He is worthy of being in the highest position possible. I hope every Verizon has this guy because they need him.
