In December of 2021, I underwent a complete knee replacement surgery. As a follow-up to my surgery, my Orthopedic Specialist "highly" recommended, actually insisting, that I go to Athletico for my rehabilitation needs. My specialist felt that Athletico provided the most professional and "thorough" therapy in rehabbing my knee back to normal and he was right!! My one-on-on Therapist at the Olathe location was Amazing!! Not only was she very knowledgeable about my rehab program, she informed me along the way at to "Why" she chose the exercises that would further my mobility to the highest level. She also knew exactly when to include the balance of increasing my range of motion, therapy in strengthening the muscles surrounding my new knee and thigh and then massaging the knee to insure good blood flow. Not only was she a great therapist but a "teacher" in letting me know exactly how and why my therapy would benefit me long-term after leaving Athletico. I would "highly" recommend this facility for anyone who requires rehabilitation needs. They have given me a new lease on a new knee of walking pain-free again. My sincere thanks to the Friendly and Amazing Staff and Therapists at the Olathe Athletico location. They are the professionals who make this company your place for rehabilitation needs. ~Linda

I was vising my friend from out of state and we stopped in here just to grab a few things. But I ended up taking a little longer than planned because I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of really cute stickers and embellishments that were offered for scrapbooking. Back home in Nebraska, the shelves are looking pretty bare. I love that there are always good sales going on and that you can always find an on-line coupon to use to help you save money and still get your crafting supplies. ~Debra

My husband and I, as well as my parents, have had our accounts with Academy Bank for years, many years. We have worked closely with Sherri and Bobbie over those years. They have been so helpful, answered any questions and have walked us through any issues we have had, making us feel valued. We are happy that there have been the same friendly faces at Academy Bank. The food was good and so was the service. We had a great time with large portions. I did get the thick cut bacon. I can't wait to go back for some more. They have breakfast and some light sammiches. ~George

Great place for a big party. Servers were very attentive and the food was hot and fresh. The French fries are nice and crisp. They also offer breakfast potatoes as an option. The pancakes fill up the plate; a big plate. The amount of food for the price is right on point. Very relaxed atmosphere inside which was perfect for our casual attire. Breakfast and lunch are served all the time. ~Greg

I’ve received such a positive and wonderful experience each time that I’ve taken my pups to get their nails trimmed here! I am so happy to be one of the lucky ones who received this recommendation and no longer have to worry about where to find an efficient and fast groomer! Very friendly! Store and pet daycare. We took our 110lb mastiff/retriever mix and he did very well. They play all day which is unique compared to other places! There is a large store full of boutique food brands that tend to be hard to find at big box stores. Store was clean and didn't smell which is also unique. We will be back! ~Mr.

Mine my not be a very popular opinion, but I am going to call a chain a chain. Joe’s might have great food at the original location(maybe) but when you are mass producing what are supposed to be long smoked and complexly flavored meats, you are going to take short cuts. It’s clear this location, at least, does. The meats were overly fatty and lacked any of the complex flavors and crispness you find in great BBQ. Toast was dry and bland and the coleslaw and red beans & rice were quite disappointing. Do yourself a flavor and visit one of KC’s other, more original BBQ places that caters to smaller crowds with better taste! ~Dierdre
