We love what we do here at The Big Biscuit. Since our conception in 2000, to now having more than twenty locations across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma, it’s clear we’re doing things right. Very uncomfortable experience. I placed a to go order and when I arrived at the counter, several employees were standing there and NOT one greeted me. Maybe because of my skin color? I don't know, but I stood for a solid 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. The ONLY reason I am giving one star is because the lady who finally did greet me was pleasant and friendly--the way employees representing a company should be. Unfortunately, not going to be back to this location or possibly any other location. Certainly didn't feel warm and welcomed here.

I recommend this place for breakfast. This place Cooks some of the best breakfast, I've ever had. Everybody's food turned out fantastic all brought out around the same time. Large portion of food. Our breakfast just looks absolutely delicious no matter what you order. They have a patio and indoor seating. Call and see if they take reservations for a large groups. Very nice atmosphere fantastic wait staff, all of our orders came out correct.

We had amazing service from a gal named Pamela G (think she went by Pam). She was outstanding. She was attentive to not only all of her tables, but to new folks walking in too. The food is AMAZING. When we choose to eat out, we typically chose Big Biscuit because we know it’s always goi n to be good. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

The pancakes fill up the plate; a big plate. The amount of food for the price is right on point. Very relaxed atmosphere inside which was perfect for our casual attire. Breakfast and lunch are served all the time.

The coating on this chicken fried steak was so flavorful, light and crispy that I could've eaten it plain without the deliciously peppery steak inside it. Have never been disappointed in anything we eat here. Update: this time I tried chicken fried chicken and it was so juicy and flavorful! I can't decide which one I like better!

We had to ask for refills which we didn't get and the staff left all the dirty dishes on our table until we left. The Manager checked in with is and I gave him this feedback. He didn't seem to mind much. I think in these times they will take any warm body as wait staff and it shows they were not well trained. Hopefully this will improve.

Would have snapped a photo, but it was gone before I had a chance. 😂 We saw a few plates of biscuits and gravy go to another table. Watch out, it's gigantic! They offer half and quarter orders. Brilliant choice.
