Great coffee. The only problem is the lady who I assume is the manager? Dark hair and glasses and looks like she hates her life and everyone else’s life around her. Might want to consider a job where you do NOT deal with the general public :(

There coffee is great. And the people are super nice. Main downside is the burrito I had tasted like a microwaved freezer meal. Recommended as a good easy place to get coffee.

We go to this Scooters every week. We like to think of ourselves as patient and understanding. Each week we order the same thing and out of an estimated 40 or so trips here, they have had our order correct maybe 7 or 8 times. Now it’s not huge mistakes, maybe adding whip cream when we ask for no whip or not adding the extra shots that we pay for (when there are two drinks, one with no shots and one with three but they both taste and look the same) or wrong sizes. We continue to go back because it is the only one on our route and we are normally in a hurry so we don’t wait for them to correct it, but it is getting to the point where we will find a new route with a new coffee shop. Sad because we really enjoy the people, just wish they would concentrate on the orders a little more.

Update: Corporate called and made things right. ♥️ Changing from one star to five. Thank you for caring for your customers. Original: Just got home with 3 drinks, thought mine felt a little light, open the lid and see they only filed it 3/4 full! My wife's was the same. For $16 can you fill the cup at least!

Haven't been in years so I decided to give their fall drinks a try. I ordered an iced pumpkin carmalitious... it was pure sugar! Not for me. The staff was friendly and our drinks were done quickly.

Our visit to the scooters was just okay. The ham and egg and cheese sandwich is good, but all of the cheese melted out of the sandwich and into the bag. The ham was also hard to chew. They also gave us somebody else's sandwich and forgot to give us our cinnamon roll. We went back and they fixed the issue. Their blenders are very good. I recommend the Mocha or the lucky leprechaun. I don't know if I will return, the food was not worth it.

Scooters is usually the only coffee place I will go to because I love the white mocha. Recently the scooters in Olathe off 135th Street seems to give me more foam than coffee. I'm not one to leave a review without first contacting the business. When I did call them to complain about most of the cup being foam they hung up on me.

I enjoy scooters, that I go everyday. I order a Caramelicious blender and they make it right every time. There's one employee in particular that makes an effort to make someone's day. On top of smiling, making orders correct, she writes on top of the lid and writes words of encouragement. Her name's Vanessa, and she goes that extra step to make a difference in people's lives.
