I went into the store and purchased a item just now for 20$ and then a woman at the register helped me find a fitted shirt I was looking for. When I found my way back to the register the old lady (a different employee!) treated me like I was a black thief! It was unnecessary to roll her eyes at me when I explained with my receipt that I already purchased my vinyl. She was hesitant to even trust me because I am black!

I was vising my friend from out of state and we stopped in here just to grab a few things. But I ended up taking a little longer than planned because I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of really cute stickers and embellishments that were offered for scrapbooking. Back home in Nebraska, the shelves are looking pretty bare. I love that there are always good sales going on and that you can always find an on-line coupon to use to help you save money and still get your crafting supplies.

I have never had a bad experience at a Michael's store until today. I walk into the store tonight at 9 PM on the dot, unaware of the time. It was immediately upon entering that an employee, an older lady with white and gray hair,(I didn't catch her name she moved too fast) very rudely informed me that they closed at 9 PM on the dot. I was completely unaware that it was 9 o'clock and there was no need for her to be so rude about the situation. Again I have never had a bad experience at any other Michael's store but this was completely uncalled for.

I go to Michaels quite often. I do various arts and crafts. They have what I'm looking for, as well as new things to create. Love this place!!

Not a lot in the way of fabric. Took a while to get help at the cutting table. Prefer Joann's or anywhere else for this

I could be in this store for hours. Several people even asked me if I was finding what I wanted, and offered to help if I had any questions! That's pretty rare these days!! Good Job Michael's!!

The store is clean. It was all aisles were nice and clean. The associates were very friendly. The store was decorated for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Love going and seeing all the decorations!! If you are a crafter or love crafts I recommend this store.

Well organized and up-to-date with latest stuff. Couldn't find projectlife and Heidi swapp products much. Bridal stuff is also minimal maybe due to off season.

A good spot to find the scratch for you crafting itch. Everything from yarns, foam, models, paints to seasonal ready made décor. Took off a star because they seem to have made a push to sell ready made seasonal floral arrangement decor. They had plenty of fall arrangements but no fall themed/color flowers to make your own arrangement. It really looked like they took out or used every piece of fall florals to make or sell their arrangements. Pretty big disappointment there.

Great selection of open stock, individual art pens and markers at this location. Also they carry more variety of bottled inks than I'm used to finding.
