This store is always closing early... They are closed right now at 5pm on a week day. No sign up or anything. It's really frustrating, it couldn't possibly be from staff shortage, it can run with one person. Makes no sense.

What's the point of having a business if it's never open. This business is only open between 8am and 5pm which is my work schedule. These are very limited hours of operation, especially for people like myself who work those exact same hours. You should really think about staying open until 9pm at least so you can better serve your public. Please lengthen your hours of operation.

When I walked in, there were 2 staff members not far from the door but didn't even greet anyone! A staff member Isa was so rude to me. I noticed how busy they were and I apologized for bothering her, she turned around and ga e me a look and said "what did you say?" I was just trying to be friendly and start a convo with her. I responed to her and told her that I had apologized for bothing her and having her work and said in the most rude and disrespectful way "well, thats the point!" And walked away. So I had to leave the store!

Well this is the only Doller tree in town but I only get to go maybe once a year...You see I am in a wheelchair and this particular store is very well stocked but way to small for my wheelchair. The rows of items are all so crammed together , also barely enough room for 1 person at a time let alone a person in a wheelchair. Not enough workers 1 person running cash register and also stocking I mean this person was on point, all though backed up line to pay. Employee very nice and helpful. Just about any thing you need is here. Just wish it was more wheelchair friendly, ( love doller Tree)!!!

The problem with this dollar tree is that it is super tiny and you cant really make your way throughout the store. It could use a deep clean and maybe to flooring, not to mention the must smell.

The products are very reasonable price! I've got the pretzels. It just one dollar!! Usually I got little bit expensive price at the another grocery store.I was so happy to get in this store. They have a pretty large mount of products. Groceries, school supplies and decorates stuff! I also got the wooden pinches. I saw the another store, but they were expensive price for me. I got a just a dollar too! Store is clean and shelfs are tied up! Easy to find a stuff. Parking lot is easy to park the car! Most of employees were very friendly and helpful.

This is regarding store #1057 at 611 East Chestnut St, Junction City, KS 66441. Date of visit: 07 March 2021, approximate time: 4pm. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of compassion and understanding shown by the employees of the Junction City Dollar Tree today, Sunday, March 7, 2021. My 87 year old mother asked me to take her to Dollar Tree so she could buy me a birthday gift. She doesn’t drive and doesn’t get out of the house often She has Parkinson’s and takes medication for breathing....that makes her need to use the restroom quite unexpectedly at times. When we asked to use the bathroom at Dollar Tree...we were told it’s NOT open to the public. Now, had there been another store with an available bathroom nearby....or if my mom could walk fast...this wouldn’t have been a problem. But since an “accident” was imminent and my mom was very distressed....and there were no other bathrooms within walking distance...I BEGGED the staff to allow her to use their bathroom (which prior to COVID, was open to guests). I explained her age and health status to them. Staff members got the Manager, who firmly refused to allow my Mom to use their bathroom....even though we were wearing Masks and her distress and age were quite evident. Maybe I’m too compassionate because I’m a nurse. Maybe I’m not being objective because it’s my mother who was distressed. I hope the staff at the Dollar Tree in Junction City get the opportunity to experience the distress of being sick, old and asking for help...and not receiving help. TODAY was the LAST time I will ever go into the Dollar Tree in Junction City, Kansas.
