Not sure who the older black is who works there is, I more distracted by her lack of customer service skills than focusing on looking for her name tag. On several occasions she makes you wait at the counter while ignoring the fact there are customers in the store waiting to check out. She does not greet you nor talk to you, ask you if you want a receipt. ~Roni

I stop at this gas station almost everyday. All the employees there are great except that short white female with glasses. She is the reason I will never go there again. She is very disrespectful and rude. ~David

Hedi has to be about the rudest manager that I have ever seen. Where should I begin on why I would say that . First things first , it is very obvious that she has her favorite and not so favorite customers . Not to mention she has her favorite and not so favorite employees . Hedi gives discounts to her favorite customers . For example the other day she charged a lady for a 16oz refill when she clearly had a 44oz refill . Hedi adjusted the total price for someone who was used to paying a certain sale price . Hedi is constantly leaving the store to take care of personal errands. She will steal hours from one employee to give another employee extra hours with no real reason . Hedi is constantly changing the schedule book . Hedi is always on her phone . Even after she just told her employees that they are to not be on there phones when a customers are in the store. Hedi will act like she cares but at the end of the day she only cares about certain employees . Hedi criticizes certain employees while she lets other employees get away with just about anything or just a veebav warning of don't do it again. Even if tho it has happened more than once. I would not shop here anymore unless they get a new manager. As she has no clue how to be a manager. She allowes a woman who was clearly stealing crackers and messing up the bathroom and taking the to let paper to still be allowed there. She started off telling her employees that she was not allowed to use the bathroom there anymore. Then lifted that and said she would be allowed to use the bathroom as long as she cleaned up her own mess, but asked her employees to go check after she used the bathroom to make sure. Hedi will tell her employees to do certain things while she is gone from the store. That's understandable but how is an employee who is the only cashier supposed to watch the store and stock the cooler? So when Hedi returned and the cooler wasn't stocked she will get upset and say that if I have to come back to a unkept store then my employees are not doing what they are supposed to do and yet my employees want hours. There have been a few times that not all the cameras have been on in the store. Hedi will turn on certain areas of the stores cameras. By doing this she is leaving plenty of blind spots for theft. Hedi also likes to talk about certain employees behind their backs. Hedi makes unnecessary remarks about her employee's. Not to mention I had a friend who got suspended for something that she was not guilty of doing. My friend was backed into a corner by hedi. ~Kay

The products are very reasonable price! I've got the pretzels. It just one dollar!! Usually I got little bit expensive price at the another grocery store.I was so happy to get in this store. They have a pretty large mount of products. Groceries, school supplies and decorates stuff! I also got the wooden pinches. I saw the another store, but they were expensive price for me. I got a just a dollar too! Store is clean and shelfs are tied up! Easy to find a stuff. Parking lot is easy to park the car! Most of employees were very friendly and helpful. ~ᑕᗩ

So much variety of stuff in this store. In my opinion, fruits and veggies were inexpensive. Excellent prices. Clean and tidy up all the time. Great customer service stock. I highly recommend. ~ᑕᗩ

Tom did not seem like he knew what he was doing and took a very long time to do something that usually takes 10 minutes. He discouraged us from opening additional accounts assuring me it would take a long time. His customer service skills are greatly lacking. ~Sarah

I do not know how anyone can have a negative experience with this establishment. I do not have an account with them being as we bank online only but everytime I need to pull cash they are always friendly and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact we are starting up an account with them today. They have always gone above and beyond. I guess this would be the kind of place where if you treat them with respect they will do the same. ~Dawn
