I don't understand why this store is so dirty. I have been in here about 3 times. Each time, there's multiple employees working, but it's disgusting. Today, the line was huge and people had carts full of stuff. The cashier was sooooo slow and had to walk away and keep yelling for another cashier. They came and started getting the line down. They don't have a speaker or anything? I don't get it. A mess.

Waiting in line behind ladies taking a while, its alright. Then to have another employee come over to talk to his friend he noticed. He walks behind counter and opens a register, to literally help his friend. I was waiting and was ignored. Then helped after guests in front of me left. All the while, the guy is still having a conversation and I left. Update: While the staff is friendly and helpful, the lines are always long, like really long. Yet there are multiple employees stocking shelves, that don't jump on a register. I understand they have things to do, clean, stock, and more. I wish the wait would get better.

The store is FILTHY. Theres trash all around the building outside, the building itself including the overhang above the doors is covered in filth. The inside of the store is disorganized, crowded, and full of slip trip hazards.

Store was nice and well put together, plenty of stock, knowledgeable staff ,friendly staff, cleanliness of the establishment was a plus, store set up flows well, great location, parking was decent, check out was fairly speedy.Love the place! It is Well kept, there is very friendly staff that always seems happy to help with any questions or concerns. location is kept clean and tidy. Parking availability and accessibility was great had no problems finding and assessing parking, as with the inside, the outside of the premises was kept nice and clean, location is easy to find, typically always able to get right in when needed and if needed get right out. Overall very pleasurable experience and would recommend to anyone.

There's only one, occasionally two, staff members running the whole store at any given time. This leads to long, very slow lines. If management could do something about having at least three people at a time, that would make this a truly great store.

When you live up on this side of town its a convenient place to run in and grab a few gallons of milk bread ect. They are short staffed at times so the wait in line can be slow. Also there are many times they are stocking so you must dodge pallets of products to be shelved. The staff is friendly and they do apologize for the long waits if you have one. Again up this way the options are limited so its nice it is open up here. Dont be afraid to use it. Their store brand products can be just as good as name brands but there are some that just do not taste as well but the price is right. They also do offer great sales and coupons and most of the time the coupons do work lol.

it wasn't anything that the store did but pulling up to a business and seeing a child profusely and projectile vomiting kind of turned your stomach and makes you not want to go in there... I literally felt like I was walking by him and catching some sort of horrible sicknessand also in a place as big as Manhattan it seems like they would be at least one more Dollar general establishment at least on the other side of town if not scattered about.

I love going to dollar general. The one on Tuttle Creek Blvd is an awesome place . The remodel is fantastic , just never get there early enough to go down each aisle. All of the staff (to me any way ) is helpful ,friendly. Lots of new faces. Keep up the great work!
