I have used just about every flower shop in the area and the customer service and quality of westloop is about as bad as you can get. Waste of money.

Placed an order for delivery. Received an order confirmation. Order was never delivered. No one will answer the phone. No one will return messages.

The flowers cost 189 dollars but really looked like a 50 dollar bouquet. The roses in it were wilty and bruised. The sprays of purple flowers were already dying. I called almost immediately and talked to a woman about how badly they looked. She said they would come and collect them and replace them but I never heard from her again. I also noticed that the stems were all different sizes and many of them were so short that I had to fill the vase almost to the top so they would be submerged. My husband also called her and was ignored.

Westloop Floral doesn't deliver a good product: do not recommend. I ordered a bouquet that was close to $200 (Love You to the Moon Deluxe) for my wife for Mother's Day, but... the blooms were wilted & beat up, foliage was sparse, the stems were short-cut ( couldnt reach the water), and the bouquet's size was nowhere near what was advertised on their website. It really resembled something I'd buy at a gas station more than a deluxe bouquet I expected and paid for. All that, combined with the fact it was delivered after 7 PM, tells me my order was likely assembled late in the day with the old blooms and leftover materials. Was REALLY embarrassing (I'm overseas & have limited phone/internet). I wanted to wow my wife a little- no WOW with these flowers. I'm not sure Westloop Floral wants to hear about it, either. Wife called- said they'd replace, then silence. I emailed- email address doesn't work. Emailed alternate address- that one doesnt work either. Finally I called myself to share my experience- someone took a message, no response yet. Guess I'll just leave a bad review and call it a loss. Definitely not using Westloop Floral again, though.

I ordered a same-day arrangement from this florist. The online order, checkout, etc , were seamless. Having gotten an online confirmation that the order was received, I called hours later to confirm the delivery. The young man who answered was evasive and said that the delivery had "probably" been made. The delivery did not occur. They were not willing to make any concessions for their mistake.

Ordered flowers for our daughter thru 1800flowers, this is the florist they choose. Ordered them the day before her birthday, to be delivered ON her birthday, a day and half later and still nothing. But the delivery driver did send her a picture of the flowers, and the card 🤦 then proceeded to ask her is she could meet up with them to pick up the flowers. Will mever use 1800flowers again

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on Friday and chosen to get them delivered on the next day, Saturday. I ordered a day in advance to ensure they could get the order. Well Saturday comes and it was not delivered. I tried calling them 10 times and not one single answer. This was gift for an anniversary. Very let down and disappointed . They may have not delivered my order but they sure did take my money quickly.

My flowers were delivered on a very cold day in perfect condition. Bright colors and smelling wonderful. The pale roses I had opened up for over this week and still haven’t browned. I love never had pale roses look this good this long, from anywhere!

My daughter gave birth to her first baby. I ordered a large arrangement on October 2 to be delivered the same day. I received a confirmation email on the 3rd that said they would be delivered on the 4th of October. My daughter was released on the 3rd. Very upset that her special day came and went without the bouquet I paid for!
