Bruh, I just went to do a grocery pickup and they called me to tell me they forgot stuff so I turned around and picked it up then got home and unloaded everything only for them to call AGAIN and tell me they forgot more groceries. The worst part, they didn nothing to resolve it besides tell me to come pick it up.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to return a pint of ice cream had be opened and it was horrible and I had the receipt and Julie at the customer service desk said she was the manager that day and would not take the item back or exchange it for the same product. I asked for the corporate number however they didn't answer the phone or respond to a voice message. Also, I have found that this store will not show line item discounts on sale items shows a total discount at the bottom of the receipt. After checking a few of my receipts I have been over charged on 2 or 3 items. I will never again go to this Price Chopper. All thought it is farther to drive I will be going to the Price Chopper at 103rd and state line.

The store is dated the salad bar options are limited and it seems to always be dirty the food looks like it’s been sitting out for to long and it’s kinda gross. The bakery is just there and never an option the the price chopper donuts are price chopper donuts just horrible. Most of the food is extremely expensive I usually buy just sale items and then I buy the rest at target. Hen House down the street is a better option but they are also expensive but at least it’s up to date and keeping up with the other new fancy super markets. I’m hoping another option opens up soon or they read this review and make some changes.

Produce selection is great, wish they had a better meat and fish selection. Also the store setup is a little chaotic. Be nice if all the dairy and frozen items were all in one section and not so spread out.

Price Chopper has been a steady name in KC. Though the prices do seem a little high, more so in this location. But we did enjoy our 17 cents off on diesel with just one trip, and really not that big of a grocery trip at that. We really enjoyed the smoked chicken.

Got my favorite salad dressing... Simply Dressed Lemon vinaigrette... a bit expensive $5.49 for 12 fl oz. But I can't find it anywhere else.

This store is starting to lose my interest. They opened self check lanes and only had 2 other registers open at a busy time of day. There is no way I'm going to self check when I have over 10 items! Please be aware of your customers. If there are people with full baskets, open more lines to take care of them please!

I love this Price Chopper. Customer Service is the best. Larry, a day time sacker really goes out if his way to make sure all items are sacked just right and offers to take them to the car for me. The courtesy counter is always smiling and willing to help out. Never any long lines. Always have enough staff on duty. Prices are just right. The bakery will do almost anything for you at the last minute. Store is organized and well stocked..

This particular Price Chopper is very clean and has a great selection of fresh produce. Parking can kind of be a pain because everyone wants to park close it seems like. The customer service is pretty good, I've seen better at other Price Chopper's. As far as prices go they are above average to about average. The product is well placed and very organized. I continue to go here because it has almost everything I need and its close to where I live.
