I lived in SE Kansas in the late 80s and early 90s. Great deli meats. A friend in that area brought some delicious items to work from Pallucas recently.

Wow! Excellent food! Excellent service! They catered our daughter’s wedding. Everyone loved the food! We served the rigatoni, Alfredo, meatballs, green beans, salad, with the Fronetnac bread. It was so very good!!!

I really enjoyed my visit. There were special things not found in other stores & the meat counter had a wide variety of fresh meat & different salads & sandwiches. They were eager to let me sample which is always a plus. It is a great hometown store & I look forward to going back!

The food was good. The armosphere was not really warm or inviting and was very echoed and very noisy. They need to do some interior decorating maybe a nice fireplace or some way to take away from the coldness and make it more cozy. Also the restrooms were not large enough to accommodate the number of people there. Not trying to be negative just wanting to give suggestions for improvement.

Out of sight, worth the effort. If you're passing thru the area, you'd never know about this great store. The original layout is converted to an event center but one side has been remodeled and has a surprising variety of groceries, including a full service meat counter where they actually cut the meat!
