The employee I talked to was very unhelpful and rude as soon as I walked in the door. She refused to take any returns even though they do not tell you that when shopping and many other stores including other Dollar Generals are doing returns. It was just Christmas, and my daughter's gifted clothes are going to go to waste since they are the wrong size "because of covid." I shouldn't be surprised though almost every DG around here is poorly ran.

If you want to find things in a decent amount of time, don't shop here. The aisles are a mess, staff is less than helpful, and contrary to the sign in the building everything is more than a dollar.

Jesus.. the reviewers on here have never worked retail you can tell. Obviously got handed a job from mommy and daddy. No wonder our world is a joke.

The new Ast mgr there is very helpful, eager to assist the customer in any way she can. While she makes a great asst mgr her real calling just may be in customer service training. I felt warmly welcome and once I could not find the product I needed she went to look just to be sure explaining the clothes dont always get lined up the way they need to. She found not only 1 but 2 of what I was looking for and I gladly bought both of them.

Small town feel. Particularly this one I shopped at wasn't super crowded. I like the bigger aisles it is to get a shopping cart down. They also had everything I was looking for.

They always have a good selection... however their customer base is sad....I almost had to fight some woman for my place in line, definitely need better customer service.

I love to go to dollar general get some soda stuff like that but this worker named mason kicked us out! Sure me and my friend were tossing a pack of gum because he dropped it, but we were going to buy it. I asked if I could get a drink l, but he said no get to the register now! And kicked us out. We were about to leave but he yelled at us to get out of the parking lot. I just wanted a soda..

I love going to Dollar general, but this worker called Mason kicked me and my friend out. I droped my gum I was going to buy so my friend tossed it to me. He yelled at me and my friend. He wanted a soda but he would not let's us buy one. When we unlocked are bike he yelled at use to get out of the parking lot.

Waited at the register for almost 5 mins for the cashier to get off her cell phone....she then walks over still having a conversation cussing up a storm with my kids standing there. It was just rude. I had to look at my own total...no thanks...nothing. Just handed me my receipt and walked off. I get people have bad days but get yourself together woman. There's a guy and a younger girl that work there who are very nice...other than that...their management should probably take a little bit more charge.
