Terrible, can’t even keep up with appointments that they set up for you so they’ll keep rescheduling you until it’s inconvenient. Also staff doesn’t really know their stuff.

I am giving 5 stars for that location!!! I've been to different wells Fargos around the south area, and let me tell you this is the BEST!! Great customer service, friendly, quick and clean!!! I keep coming here, no matter if there's another one close to me. TRUTH!!! When you are being helped by great people, you keep coming back! Great job!!

Terrible customer service. Walked in, sat down. Not one person acknowledged. Left, had breakfast, came back and same banker, still no acknowledgement. Update: the lady who took care of us, her name is Tiffany. She was rude, took forever to acknowledge us, did not offer or suggest any products, chose lazy avenues to take to get the job done and no eye contact. Additionally, once she opened mine and my mother’s portfolio, her attitude changed once she saw the balance. Will not go back to this branch again. Will stick with EastLake or 3rd avenue where people care.

Really good customer service. Their online services are great, including sending payments online, taking pictures of my checks through my phone, or transferring money from different accounts. My only gripe is that fees are expensive for every little thing. Not much more you can expect from such a huge bank.
