Haven't been here since moving north. It's different, but not in a bad way. Wish they still had the infused cigars. It's what I was looking forward to the most.

Long time customer- I have always enjoyed Eptome's kind staff and great selection. The store has been remodeled and the staff member was polite. The selection is lacking compared to previously unfortunately. There used to be many pipe tobacco flavors setup along with many types of harder to find tobacco products. I miss the setup and previous selection, however, I recommend checking them out and see what they have. There current shop is very nice and appear to have many cigar options!

They just redid the place. They now have a fine drink sampling bar, and seem to be trying to restock. Ive purchased a hookah from them that didnt rust or break, and works great all these years later. Perfect place if you like aromatics. I mean the brown aromatics, the manly smells haha.. Tobacco, bourbon, leather, mahogany, and coffee. Any staff they have inside is usually very friendly, even if very stoic. Theyre all very informed and do their jobs perfectly. As always, the big humidified room is chock full of great cigars.

Great selections on coffee, pipe tobacco, and cigars. Also has small selection of pipes and gifts. Great humidor and small lounge to enjoy while there. Excellent customer service.

Man I dealt with claimed to be the Owner, is rude and knows nothing about the cigars hlolle sells. When asking a question he said I would have to Google it but my phone doesn't work. How can you own a business but not a working phone?

The people here are always friendly and helpful, and their coffee is amazing! The staff know what they're talking about when it comes to all of their products. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great cigars or tobacco products

Very friendly tobacconist and of course a good selection of house blend pipe tobacco. “English Oriental Supreme” is what I have tried and wow what a pleasant delight. An unexpected flavor that without a doubt I will visit for again. I drove an hour to get there but I enjoyed the trip down with my father. Thanks guys!
