An employee at the store kept having his pants show his shorts! Very unprofessional! Wish the management staff would correct this problem.

We went into the AT&T in Gallatin to upgrade our phone and the guy there told us to wait on the new model in 2 months but we wanted one today so we wanted to hold a phone but they were locked up and he said we couldn’t so we went to the Hendersonville AT&T and they allow us to hold them (the phone has the cable for security) so we bought one there.

edit 6/16/22 omg seriously....me and my wife just left. trying to upgrade her phone to a s22ultra and this girl had no idea what she was doing. no knowledge about any plans (like at all), no idea how to look anything up. asked about a plan upgrade and she showed me a plan for South America. just was awkwardly laughing saying I don't know. maybe it was her first day and was left to run things by herself. I swear this place needs a new store manager or just shut it down. all they are doing is running people out the door. we left without upgrading and now I'm seriously considering going back to Verizon. Why is the door locked at 4pm with a note that says "closed for lunch" with customers inside? Seriously?

Today I went to pay my bill but it was closed. Internet says permanently closed. Looks like someone ran in the place with a car. Don't know what happened but now u have to go all the way to a Hendersonville location just to pay ur bill. Or get a money order and mail it in. $10 late charge now. U always had to wait at the gallatin store most the time or come back because they didn't have a booth set up for people that came in just to pay a bill and go. Had to wait till people got done with their phone services. If open back up they should fix that and take it into consideration for others that don't take a minute to pay a bill. Some people old school 🏫 and don't believe in paying online nor want to.

Purchased cell phone plan here 3 years ago. That was normal cell phone experience. But the three times I’ve been back to store for help the only answer I ever hear is I need to go to a corporate owned store. Recommend you start there to begin with. 👎

I came in LATE and was met with a very welcoming service from Claire, she was great. Had a long night trying stores and was feeling the dredge of the day, she was awesome in her customer service and there are no complaints that I can find from my experience at this store. 5 stars earned!
