I stopped by my local CVS in Washington, IL & was greeted by associate Sarah working both the front register & photo counter. I needed a 2x2 photo for my state foid application. The computer was down , cameras battery dead , it looked bleak. Sarah assured me if I could give her a little time she could get it done. I went across the street, ate breakfast & the phone rang. It was Sarah & she said everything was ready. Within a couple minutes I had my photo foid application in the mail & all was good. Awesome job Sarah ,you rock

I would give this pharmacy a zero if it was available. We dropped off prescriptions yesterday. They gave me needles without the medication. They didn’t have my spouses medication and they acted like it wasn’t that big of deal. They said they didn’t know when they would have it in stock. I had to ask them to check other CVS stores. They said they would forward the prescription to another store. It has been 96 hours and they still haven’t forwarded it. I am only using CVS because my insurance makes it mandatory. Horrible customer care!

This is the worst CVS to visit. For years I have dealt with the incompetence of the employees in the pharmacy because it is the closest one to me. I’ll gladly pay more at a different pharmacy. Cvs seems to have a trend that the pharmacist judges when you can have more meds. Pharmacist keeps coming up with excuses on why my meds haven’t been filled. Best one was being told that I am abusing the meds. It’s an anxiety med prescribed 1-2 per day. Some weeks I take the two per day. My doctor refilled and my insurance states they will cover it. Pharmacist still dances around filling it.

Super Helpful, I have a medical issues that cause me to Need to be on meds, Medicare a,b and D. and Aetna, CVS helped me transition over from a different Pharmacy, and man, its great to hear a live person versus hours of hold music :) We were able to do part of the transfer online and the other on the phone, and pick up in person. I think the whole process took maybe an hour... Max... And I've waited in the drive-thru at the competitor multiple times longer than that, multiple times, to get told they didn't get my refill.. haha to them!! Thank you CVS for being efficient, caring, and I really liked the visual aid with the label on the medicine with the morning noon night and bedtime checklist. That is about the coolest thing I have seen.... I have a medicine cabinet worth of meds and that just made it a lil bit easier to identify which meds and what time!!! Very grateful and impressed!

If I could choose any other pharmacy besides CVS, I mean CVS anywhere on the planet...I would. They are all completely awful. Every location I have been to...in multiple states. Do they hire incompetent people on purpose or do they pay so little that’s all they can get?

The pharmacy staff, on 12/1 1 pm , went over and above to find an affordable prescription alternative for my father. Their kindness and dedication to helping others seemed to be a pleasure instead of a task..
