It was my fault,. But how do I get home with alledged $10 worth of .49 cent goldfish...toss them into the pond and there is only 4. I told lady I wanted $10 worth of the 49cent goldfish and would be in the next isle. When I came back she already had in a bag that I couldn't see. She said she'd have at the counter for me. At the counter they put in white plastic bags so I couldn't see them. Again..it's my fault I should have checked. Then I get home and only 4 come out of the bag into pond. I actually did look in the floorboards of the car. Nope..no fish. So I paid 10 bucks for 4 goldfish that were 49 cents. That's why I didn't give lowest rating bc I realized it was my fault for not checking. Oh and they were closed by the time I got home so couldn't call store today. Sunday ..Aug 14th 2022

The staff are always friendly. It’s near my home - easy in and easy out. However, unfortunately the supply and demand are not equal to each other due to the global circumstances. My fur babies (cats, and 5 of them) require a vet diet. So I find myself Petco hopping. (Of course I call ahead to the NEXT Petco before I make my 15-20 mile journey) I tried the whole ordering on line but my experience was not up to par. I had to (this was mid 2020) send in my pets Rx EVERY SINGLE time to prove I was qualified to purchase the grub. It was too much hassle, you would think they would save the info? Well the only gripe is what I ranted above…. The stores (all of the ones I visited, and they were alot) are extremely clean and , again, the staff are awesome! Love ya guys!!! (Corporate need to get it together, unless they changed?) 😄

If I could give more than 5 stars I 150% would!! We took our Great Pyrenees to a “specialist” groomer that apparently deals with their breed and their special coats a lot. When we got him back he was super traumatized and his hair was choppy and was shedding like mad. I was nervous to try a new place, but we decided to give this petco a shot and I am SO SO thankful we did! They were absolutely amazing with our big boy!!! Denise groomed him, while I’m sure others probably had to help a bit, and they were so gentle with him. He smells and looks amazing and came back so happy when we went to pick him up a few hours later! I can’t recommend this petco grooming salon enough or Denise, she was very knowledgeable on the breed and really took care of our big baby. Thank you so much everything!!

Let me first start off saying Cindy in the grooming department is amazing!! If you have a poodle she is knowledgeable in the breed. I’m new to the breed and she gave me a few tips on what I should do with my specific breed. When I got our little fur baby he looked just as I described how I wanted him to look!! Cindy is the groomer you need to request she is AMAZING!! And our Gucci loves her, too!!!before and after photos!! Doesn’t look like the same dog ❤️❤️❤️

All I wanted to do was get my dogs nails trimmed. But the girl at the register couldn't even tell me if someone was on duty. She kept ignoring me. I finally asked her if she was the only employee there. She said no but offered no help. I had to go find someone myself. Worst customer service ever.

Been bringing my dog for grooming here for a while until I met the manager of grooming Kim.The rudest most disgusting person who was clearly having a bad day. After telling her what I wanted and her asking me 4 times the same question,she got up and told me she was not grooming my dog and proceeded to give me the middle finger.I have spoken with corporate and hope she will no longer have a job there.No need for customers to have that disgusting experience. Thanks petco.

I came here on May 5 it was slow and the employees were real friendly. So I was looking for wound medicine for my nephew's dog and I can't remember the name of the employee that helped me find it. The check out process was quick and some if the shelves were empty due to the shipping situations that are occurring but that was expected.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me find some good for my puppy. Also Lisa P my Romeo's groomer is nice amazing and gentle. She's caring and understanding towards my fur-baby. Thank you Lisa P. For ALL THAT YOU DO! Mobile Grooming is the best!! Saves me the trip time since I live far from a lot of places. And I was able to do work around the house with my other babies 🐎 🦆 🐓 while my big baby (Giant Schnauzer) was getting groomed.

Great selection of items, but the hamsters, rats, mice, and guinea pigs displays don't look like they're cleaned regularly or have enough bedding, which is sad. I understand the store may be understaffed so hopefully things will get better soon.
