If I could, I would give a 0 rating. The abuse of the dogs is horrendous, horrible and down right abusive. I didn’t know they sold dogs or I wouldn’t have gone there. I’m a dog lover. I found 2 dogs in the same cage with very little room to move. There cages are tiny and they have these poor faithful dogs in them. It made me sick. I had to walk right out. I will never shop Petland again

We bought a puppy about 3 months ago from Petland. Wonderful experience. 3 months later we are attempting to get her groomed. We lost our vaccination records for her, so we needed the vaccination records from this Petland. We called FOUR times and asked for an email containing our dog's vax records. THREE different times the manager Catelyn LIED to us about sending us the email. I drove 30 minutes down to Petland finally and her answer was "we need your id", and refused to help us out. I might add that she was very short and rude to us on the phone. After I get these vaccination records, I will never be doing business with them again. Don't go to this Petland if you care about your pets.

Please do not support Petland. They have an ongoing history of animal neglect and cruelty. The advertised "purebreds" come from puppy mills. Puppy mills do not care for the wellbeing of these animals and neither do companies who support them. Their only goal is produce as many so-called designer breeds regardless of the long-term health issues the puppies develop later on. Buying a puppy here is contributing thousands of dollars to the unethical and harmful practice. Petland does not provide any information, pictures, videos, or whereabouts of their "best husbandry program in the market." If you are wanting a specific breed, find a responsible licensed breeder who is open to visits to the location, providing regular updates as well as health checks on the conditions of their breeding practice. Remember to do your own research.

My boyfriend and I got to one of the rooms to play with a puppy, and we did and everything was okay. One of the workers was extremely rude when my boyfriend was trying to get his shoe on.My boyfriend had his phone in his hand and was trying to put it in his pocket he was also trying to get out of the way but the worker kept harassing him and said "ya know what get out" because my boyfriend said he was trying to get his phone in his pocket.

Almost SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for a Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy here (not a fluffy gene carrier OR show quality, by the way) .... I'm sorry, but that is OUTRAGEOUS. Not sure what kind of customers you get on a regular basis, but you definitely tried to underestimate me today with that RIDICULOUS price. Some of us know our breeds.

they have a good stock, but the prices are crazy expensive. A 7 lb bag of Marshall ferret food is about 35 bucks anywhere else. This store charges around 50. It’s price gouging.

I was gifted a rabbit from here by my best friend and he is literally the sweetest boy. He was well taken care of, outgoing, and best of all, POTTY TRAINED. We have had him since November and not one mess around the house, he goes into his cage at 7 every night and hops around like one of the kids. Oh and his best friend is a pigeon here at my house, they hangout and sleep in a little ball sometimes.. We really lucked with him. We are first time rabbit owners and are thankful for pet land for providing a little knowledge and instructions for the first couple weeks.. we usually go there for bird supplies but will continue to come here for all pet needs and later fur babies.

Place is clean and well stocked, but the customer service is BAD. Went with my family to try and pick out a new puppy for our home, but the ladies there were very rude & had attitude. We waited in line patiently while other families looked and when it was our turn we were being asked "well are you really going to take a dog home or just to look & play". Couldn't really look at the selection of dogs because they were pushing us out of line "they were getting a line" (2 other people). Guess we will yake our business elsewhere.
