Curbside system needs some serious help. Its very outdated and nobody seems to be able to modify/cancel orders. I literally was okay with a different color treat since they wereon sale and they were all helpless being able to still accommodate my full order. Customer care is just as useless.

I went by the fish tanks and I saw the goldfish in a horrible state. There was a pile of dead and dying fish.

Very disappointed that my 12 week old full bred pit puppy was discriminated against for puppy play. No group allowed for a dog “like that kind”. And that is exactly why they get a bad rap. Shame on you Petsmart. ALL dogs deserve the same treatment! We will not be paying another dime to any company that treats our family pet like she’s less than. Even though they wanted us to sign her up for training and told us to bring her to play.

Here about a week ago for our bearded dragon. Delia was on break, but was super willing to help. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Went out of her way. Went above and beyond. Please recognize her for her dedication. I’ll keep coming back mostly w the hope she’s working that day. Thank you Delia

Signed up for grooming at 7pm. They called my wife the day before to confirm the time and date. We received a call at 5:22pm, the day of the appointment, telling us that we had to move our appointment to 6pm because they were short staffed. We asked if we could move the time to 6:30pm because my wife would have to rush home to make it, but was told no. It was very unprofessional to force a time change on such short notice. They were not flexible at all with my wife, even though they made the error. I called the store to ask more about my Wife's experience, and I was told a different story. They said they changed the appointment because they closed early that night and that they were closing at 8pm. The Stores grooming hours are 9pm. Finally, I was told the scheduling manager had made a mistake, that they would only have one person available to groom from 8-9pm and that they would not be able to fit my 11 pound dog in on time before they closed. Why couldn't this have been brought to our attention sooner than 40minutes before the appointment, and why didn't they staff two people from 8-9pm ? The staff is terse and management is incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this petsmart. If the store is not being managed properly, just think about the quality of care and grooming your pet is going to receive.

Do yourself a favor and do not send your dog to this grooming salon. My dog was there for 10 minutes and they sent him home wet without even attempting to cut his hair. Yes he’s wiggly but you just have to have experience and patience with him. Their hiring anyone off the street & they clearly don’t have enough experience. Thanks COVID. He was able to be cut in Austin multiple times with no issues. Essentially I get told their too busy to deal with him bc it’s Saturday and bring him back at 8 am during the week when their slow, like I don’t have a job to go too. He’s never coming back and the zoo that was displayed there today they cannot handle a lot of dogs. Not just mine. Don’t waste your time.

We had an appointment with someone there. When we get there, we find out our appointment had been switched to another groomer. She was rude, seemed rushed, and wasn’t particularly gentle with our small dog. When we picked him up, the cut was not at all what we discussed and what they said they would do. No matter how bad your dog needs a haircut, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We just relocated here so we've been using the pet hotel while we are looking at homes, and the staff is so amazing! The dogs seem to love it and it's very affordable for half a day! Highly recommend! These are photos of them in the car/at the hotel after daycare!

For years I have used Petsmart in Houston and Florida without problems, my dog is nervous and cannot be in a kennel for long, for this reason I always pay an express wash service, in this location they wanted to put my dog in a kennel for 5 hours and they were not professional They did not want to honor my express wash for receiving more dogs, in this store they do not have professional groomers and they put my dog in a kennel for two hours with the excuse that my dog was aggressive, my dog has never been aggressive in any petsmart store in the country and only here these groomers said that, it shows that they are not well prepared or properly trained, they gave me my dog after 2 hours in a kennel; dirty, wet and badly cut hair!

I love bringing my dogs here for the “full spa treatment.” The techs are awesome and very helpful. They know how to calm my little guys down and we always leave happy. The cashiers are friendly as well!
