The techs are awesome!! My husband dropped his phone as the screen went completely black. When his new one arrived, I took it there to see if they could transfer all including pictures to his new one. They did!! And at a reasonable price. I will be a returning customer.

Took my phone in to get the screen fixed. Its usable but not the same quality match. The screen has a blur to it and wasn't pressed into place all the way. Also, my screens response is not the same. I have to press harder to get it to react. It will work for now but you get what you pay for :/ Next time I'll just get a new phone. Sales man was not transparent about the cost due and I paid one fee when I left then had a balance when I returned for phone and had to pay that too. Overall not bad but could definitely use some extra professionalism.

Amazing customer service. Chris (got a well deserved promotion and isn't at the location any longer) took great care of me and the other customers I seen come and go while I waited for data to transfer. All staff members there were happy and extremely helpful with their customers. I witnessed another employee overcome a severe language barrier with two customers that spoke zero english. He still made it happen and got them taken care of. Zero complaints for this shop. Had some customers on the phone that were less than respectful and I witnessed them handle it with the up most professionalism. 10/10 would go back the next time my wife accidentally runs over my cell phone.

My daughter has taken her phone multiple times to ubreakIfix. She tried the Broadway location for the first time and she had an great experience. Sergio helped her and handled her shattered screen. Got the phone back within 24 hours. Cost was average, cheaper than taking it to Tmoblie or completely replacing it. Highly recommend.

I usually never go to these tech spots but I went ahead and called in advance.Asked for prices.Seems like every else you go, they want to up charge for everything! Chris Brown was super helpful.Thanks Chris! Took care of my charging port issue with no problems🤙🏼

I came in because my phone was no longer charging and I desperately needed it for job searching!! Sergio and Chris hooked it up. They got my phone, cleaned the port out, and ran some tests to make sure it was charging properly! In and out in 5 minutes. Amazing service!! Will go here for all my repairs in the area.

I was having trouble with a new phone and called apple and other numbers to get assistance and to no prevail no one couldn’t help. I called UBreakIFix and spoke to Sergio and he gave me options to correcting issue. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get the issue resolved and it was. I can’t say Happy and Excited I was when it was all said and done. I would gladly make the trip again to have them help me.

Disaster. I was quoted a repair time of 4-7 days and told I would receive a call when ready. After 11 days I called several times with no answer. Checking the hours on Google, it was listed as closed every day, making we wonder if this franchise went out of business, and wondering what happened to my device. Upon calling another location i was informed the location my device was at was closed due to covid . Now, I understand the impact covid can have, but to not at least call customers and reset expectations is unquestionably poor customer service. It only got worse. I ultimately received a call indicating that during the repair process the technician carelessly damaged the home button on my version 7 iPad. Although the button could be replaced, i would never be able to get back the fingerprint functionality feature I had paid extra for when upgrading to V7. After pressing the manager for proper compensation for their negligence, I was offered either a ‘used’ V7 or 25% off what seemed to be overpriced repairs. Not wanting somebody’s else’s problems with a used iPad I felt forced to take the discounted repairs or file litigation. There were no apologies for delays, for the lack of a phone call explaining the delays, or for the irreparable damage. It makes me wonder if the other locations operate in this manner.
