My iPhone battery needed to be replaced. I booked an appointment via the Apple support app and I came at the right time (11am). The staff told me that the work would be done at 12:15 (+/- 5 minutes). I told that's fine, since I had a meeting at 1pm. By 12:45 I still did not have my phone and I was getting upset. A different staff person said, "I didn't check in your phone, so I can't help you with it." He then said that it is "technology" so there are no guarantees on time. Needless to say I did not appreciate this response. I finally got my phone just before 1pm. I made the payment and the phone seemed fine, BUT it only had 4% battery!!!! Absolutely awful experience!!

Came in to return an item and the front door staff made cracks about it for five minutes: “nobody returns these,” “why would anyone return them,” “guess it’s your choice, but I don’t get it,” followed by giggling with another guy who presumably worked there. That’s fine, but maybe be a bit more subtle about it when the customers are dropping over a grand on tech items? About fifteen minutes after our appointment time a staffer arrived, processed the return and we said we had questions about an alternate product but he said that wasn’t his department and we’d need to make a separate appointment. Days later no return was ever processed or pending. Called Apple and they said a mistake had been made and the return never showed in the system, and we’d have to wait an additional week. Not sure if this is reflective of Apple as a whole, but definitely not a good look.

Store was a little busy. Sameer, an employee there was very helpful when we asked for help. He showed us the model we wanted, and made sure we got everything we wanted, and didn't try to rush us into a quick purchase. The store environment is nice too👍

not good at all! I have had my AirPods for a little over a year and have service calls beginning one month after I purchased them. I have sent them in for service 3 times and worked with online support many times in addition. I was told today that I had to purchase a new pair, even though these have the same issues they have had since I purchased them. the "store manager" said "it's like any other warranty, when it's over it's over but we will be happy to let you purchase a new pair". unbelievable! with as much money we spend on Apple products, this is the response. I find it difficult to believe that the "store manager" has no authority to make this situation right.

We went 35 minutes before closing time to buy a new MacbookPro. Told we know exactly what we want. The store staff said, we are near closing time and we are closed for new purchases and have to take care of existing customers and asked us to leave. I see wonderful customer service right there.

Southlake Town Square is honestly such a beautiful outdoor area. Great restaurants out here and tons of places to shop at. I love that the community/area have events pretty often and it’s just awesome to come out and see it. They have some stores that are hard to find in 1 general area. They have 3 mattress stores so if you need to test them all in the same day you can vs bouncing from place to place then coming back another day. You have a Lulu out here, Tesla, Tommy John, Free People, UNTUCKit, Purple, Apple Store and many other stores.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always the best experience. I came on a busy evening and right away was greeted. I told the man what I want, and he said he could help me directly with that (rather than forwarding me to a sales rep). I frankly don’t keep up with all the latest items and models anymore (but used to, so I’m not illiterate in the product) and my favorite part was how knowledgeable this man was about every single question I had. It wasn’t just some Best Buy employee who vapes (and is actually on commission whereas the Apple employees are not) and doesn’t know the specs and feedback of things. This man went out of his way to be extremely helpful and had the perfect answers, making a challenging decision become very efficient. Their in-house financing is also of the finest quality, like the rest of the brand, so it makes this place easy to return again and again. 11/10 Keep in mind however that all Apple Stores are this way and only helpful in a timely manner if you want to buy something. If you’re there for service/repair they definitely give you half of that experience and take their sweet time. And they also keep a limited stock for some odd reason, but knocking a star off for this store wouldn’t do justice as it’s a corporate thing. I’m mostly proud of the quality of the employee. And even though the service can be slower, I’ve received a new phone for a poor, but working, Bluetooth connection. I was able to make an exchange outside the 14 day period. And I was also able to exchange a faulty product without warranty (turns out there was a recall). Quality service on a hundred thousand trillion

Disappointing service and outcome. Inept leadership: lack of follow-through, up to and including the Store Manager, John whose interpersonal skills and overall defensiveness leaves a lot to be desired and damaging to the Apple Brand! Have filed formal corporate complaint and also with BBB. If you have experience at this store / Apple re: visual inspections with questionable outcomes please report to BBB for collection and potential class action implications.

The best experience. The best brand. Apple takes care of their costumers. I just had a problem with my iphone 12 pro max, they sent my phone to the lab and after 3 days i got a mail notice that my replacement was ready! everything fast( Also they gave me a phone while the entire process! thanks tanner for being nice !! if i could i give them 10 stars

Haven't been to an Apple Store in probably 10 years and was rather dreading it based on my past experiences and memories. However, it was not like that at all this time around. Very informative and friendly associates who will tell you how it is. I am so excited for my new Mac Studio!
