Horrible Customer Service! I went in to buy an IPhone and asking what kind of promotions they had we got “Help” from some big guy… he was just trying to make a sell and NOT help at all he did not care! He was trying to give us the run around! And when I finally made a decision and decided to buy something after all he was trying to sell me a “charger” if not he wasn’t able to sell me the phone how ridiculous does that sound!! Would definitely not recommend this place don’t waste ur time!

Grace and Izzy made our visit a great one! We had a bunch of complications and they were patient and got us through all of it. I appreciate them taking the time to explain things we didn’t understand and really showing us the breakdown of it all. Our first visit with Izzy was just as great as this one! They really go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction, thank you Izzy and Grace!

My phone suddenly died, and I have to use my phone for two of my jobs. I had issues with the number I had been given in order to obtain a replacement phone under the insurance. Needless to say, I showed up early this morning right before opening. Grace greeted me with a smile and took her time to ensure that I got the best customer service. She turned a bad situation into a good one by helping me upgrade to a better phone using an offer found on my account. I left the store with a better phone and peace of mind.

Thanks April😉 (and Terrance/Brittany, Seyone) for helping us set up my wife's new Note10Plus which we've had a terrible time getting turned on and working. No help from ANY CORPORATE VERIZON STORE in San Antonio. This is our go to store from now on. If you don't use them you will likely not get the customer service and help you so desperately deserve 👏 and want from your vendors!! These guys do it right and make sure you leave satisfied!
