Horrible Customer Service! I went in to buy an IPhone and asking what kind of promotions they had we got “Help” from some big guy… he was just trying to make a sell and NOT help at all he did not care! He was trying to give us the run around! And when I finally made a decision and decided to buy something after all he was trying to sell me a “charger” if not he wasn’t able to sell me the phone how ridiculous does that sound!! Would definitely not recommend this place don’t waste ur time! ~Ms.

The techs are awesome!! My husband dropped his phone as the screen went completely black. When his new one arrived, I took it there to see if they could transfer all including pictures to his new one. They did!! And at a reasonable price. I will be a returning customer. ~Maria

Issac is amazing. I walked in as a 20 year loyal customer with another carrier and walked out a happy AT&T customer. Isaac was highly professional and provided a seamless customer experience. I was mostly impressed with his ability to navigate what could have been a complicated process. He went through all of the necessary steps to both inform me of products, promotions and services while not making me feel like I was being sold. Richard, Roberto and josh were the guys who helped us out the first day we got there. Then we went back and got a watch the next day and the third day got my mom a phone. The customer service these guys showed us was amazing . They went beyond what I expected compared to any crier with any other company I ever went too. I recommend this store.
