Horrible Customer Service! I went in to buy an IPhone and asking what kind of promotions they had we got “Help” from some big guy… he was just trying to make a sell and NOT help at all he did not care! He was trying to give us the run around! And when I finally made a decision and decided to buy something after all he was trying to sell me a “charger” if not he wasn’t able to sell me the phone how ridiculous does that sound!! Would definitely not recommend this place don’t waste ur time! ~Ms.

I've been to this location a few times. They've changed the layout of the store a bit, from what I remember about this location. The staff are nice. They ask if you need help with anything. I would visit this location if I want a computer part today and not later. I do recommend checking parts inventory online. On the other hand, part inventory could take a while to update BestBuy's website.. Best buy change their floor layout from time to time. ~Mike

If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a brand new washer and dryer from this location. First time ever renting appliances. The Samsung dryer has not been drying since purchased. I called today and spoke with Rene horrible customer service, rude and no regard for the customer. She hung up on me when I asked for the corporate office number. I called back and asked for it again as I am a paying customer she said “she was too busy and they close at 5” but the website states 6. 1. If your too busy don’t answer the phone or place me on hold until your available. 2. Why lie about your store hours? How does this girl have a job in customer service and sales? She needs to be reprimanded for her lack of regard for a paying customer. Who hangs up on a calm customer simply asking questions about the dryer and what they can do for me as I am paying for equipment that does not work!? Rene…. I will pray for you to find a better career and happiness. You should have finished school and thought about a better career other than your local hood rental store. It’s not my fault you chose this path for your life. This is my second time even speaking to someone here and I do not recommend renting from here. ~Desiree

I am visiting from out of town and today I had a horrible encounter with one of the ladies overlooking self checkout. I am a very hard worker and I have no reason to steal. This woman was discriminating against me, watching my every move while I was checking out and if she went away to help someone she would come back and ask if “WE” scammed a certain item she didn’t see me scan when she stepped away. I am HIGHLY aware there are cameras and I have my own business, theft is not anywhere on my record. I could see if I was acting suspicious. But I was thoroughly checking my cart and my surroundings to make sure I didn’t forget my keys, card or my phone. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to have this woman shadow me and treat me like a complete felon. This ruined my whole week. ~Bre
