8 Best home goods store in San Antonio, Texas (TX) 2024

Love love Tuesday Morning aqesome stuff with the hint of I have to dig to find a deal but also clean and not too disorganized as to make it too much work. I just never have enough time they close earlier than most places before even COVID. They have higher quality somewhat more expensive, named brands, sometimes more expensive but nicer than Ross in my opinion. Also it usually isnt crowed and no screaming kids and crazies that i have seen in there. Unless I'm the crazy one and just didnt realize it!lol! They have a larger than you would expect furniture and rug selection. The only thing is sometimes I think some of the furniture can be overpriced yet other pieces are a great deal. The decor is always a neat treasure trove, I will try to get pictures posted. ~Jamie

The store is fairly clean. I had incident there with a male customer. He got irate because he had to wait to be cashed out. The cashier was busy helping my daughter with some balloons, one kept drifting up, while my daughter and the young lady were busy trying to tie the balloons, he kept mouthing off. He preceded to curse @ my daughter, my reaction was to defend her! So, I did!! Needless to say, words were exchanged, he figured I would back down, I did no such thing!! He showed his true colors when it comes to "women". Not, this "Momma Bear"!!! Still, I told him to have a good day!! 😁 ~Norma

We come here periodically and they always have great selections across a wide range of products. The place is a bit of mess, but perhaps they are understaffed. We came here on October 8th and the man behind the register was very friendly. ~Richard

If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a brand new washer and dryer from this location. First time ever renting appliances. The Samsung dryer has not been drying since purchased. I called today and spoke with Rene horrible customer service, rude and no regard for the customer. She hung up on me when I asked for the corporate office number. I called back and asked for it again as I am a paying customer she said “she was too busy and they close at 5” but the website states 6. 1. If your too busy don’t answer the phone or place me on hold until your available. 2. Why lie about your store hours? How does this girl have a job in customer service and sales? She needs to be reprimanded for her lack of regard for a paying customer. Who hangs up on a calm customer simply asking questions about the dryer and what they can do for me as I am paying for equipment that does not work!? Rene…. I will pray for you to find a better career and happiness. You should have finished school and thought about a better career other than your local hood rental store. It’s not my fault you chose this path for your life. This is my second time even speaking to someone here and I do not recommend renting from here. ~Desiree

I love to visit before Christmas to see all the options and then I return after Christmas to buy decor on sale. They have everything you could want from giant inflatables to artificial trees to ornaments in every style. I also love their Fall/Halloween glass pumpkin selection. Their other Halloween decor is okay. Some of the Fall items are so cute. Outside of seasonal is the largest parts of the store. Not only do they have a lot of home decor to choose from, but they also have storage solutions, kitchen gear, bathroom necessities, curtains, lamps, furniture, outside decor and furniture, rugs, mirrors, bedding, pet beds, frames, art, etc. This is a very inexpensive home decor store and some items look nicer than others. I'm a huge fan of their basket selection, kitchenware, and decorative trays. I like to visit when I have something very specific in mind that I need, or just to simply walk around and look at everything, getting ideas. ~Nicoleigh
