The store is fairly clean. I had incident there with a male customer. He got irate because he had to wait to be cashed out. The cashier was busy helping my daughter with some balloons, one kept drifting up, while my daughter and the young lady were busy trying to tie the balloons, he kept mouthing off. He preceded to curse @ my daughter, my reaction was to defend her! So, I did!! Needless to say, words were exchanged, he figured I would back down, I did no such thing!! He showed his true colors when it comes to "women". Not, this "Momma Bear"!!! Still, I told him to have a good day!! 😁

Praises for Eddie the Store manager at 6020 Ingram. Came in last minute to buy 60 candles, he went above and beyond from wrapping them carefully into boxes for me and then carrying them out to my vehicle. God Bless Eddie for his great attitude, helpfulness, and care.

I got in a long line with 1 cashier to return a defective product. They dont do refunds, which I was disappointed about, but found exchangeable items. I got my items and was told that I would have to get back in line...a long line. Maybe it's me, but this was very frustrating for me. The cashier was friendly, but I was so frustrated and I need to vent.

New manager was working hard right alonside with the floor clerks to make sure the new inventory was available in a timely manner. The register clerk was friendly, fast and efficient. A nice store to shop at!

I like dollar tree but they had 1 cashier and a very long line of frustrated customers. Also their bag of chips are worth only $1. They are small. :(

I needed a birthday card. I'm so glad Dollar Tree took the place of Dollar General. I love Dollar Tree for all my birthday needs. You never have to wait, this location is the cleanest and most organized. Cashiers are so polite and willing to help. Your store will have my bussiness for many years to come.
