I wasted an hour for nothing! I got a phone that I didn't like yesterday and wanted help getting a better one. First, the douche with the ponytail skipped me for a couple that came after me. Then, the girl working there wasn't helpful at all. Told her what I looking for and just said "We don't have that." That's it. Didn't even tell me tell me about the phones they had. What's worse is that I couldn't change my phone because I wasn't "authorized" even though my family has changed phones without "authorization." Terrible Customers Service.

Sucks just made an online purchase for a 500 tablet customer service stated I can pick up tablet if they are not busy, they are standing around doing nothing instead of helping me getting my situation fixed so my experience was horrible today

Verizon in general, the stores, kinda suck. They don't carry much in stock. The help isn't good. By the way, they new guy was the best 1. The lady that helped us 1st, walked to the back and never came back. Can't do my phone warranty in store? Really? And the prices of a phone that will only last maybe 3yrs is STUPID! Other than that, Verizon still has better service.

Made an appointment. Still had to wait over half an hour after the appointment time. Then the woman working the door escorts a walk-in couple to an associate who just became available. When I asked why I was not next, she lamely says, "I thought you were being helped.". When did you even see someone speak to me? Idiot.

This is more an informative post than anything but I wanted to let potential customers know and understand that due to cuts across the board on Verizon front line staff the quality may not be quite up to standard especially with tenured reps like myself that have parted ways with the company (on good terms) who knew what they were doing. Whilst I understand the need for the company to make money I don't think it's particularly right to cut costs on the staff that provided the best customer experience at Verizon stores. I would say try and do things over the phone but unfortunately Verizon had also outsourced a large chunk of its call center base over to India to save money as well as give you the kinda of experience you expect whilst trying to understand a thick accent that makes little sense. To long term Verizon customers. I'm sorry for the way Verizons service and customer service is lacking. To new customers. I would advise a competitor for cheaper prices and better service.

Came in today to add my girlfriend and myself to my brothers account, and met a Verizon Rep named Ben. From the minute I walked in, I did not get a good feeling from him. He was sitting down behind the protector and asked what we wanted help with. I couldn’t hear him and thought it was super unprofessional by him to not come and greet us. During the process of adding the 2 lines he was very quick to the point but never explained anything about costs, perks of the phone, and what actual plan we signed up for. To this moment I still don’t know my plan and the details and how much my trade in value is for my phone. He was able to tell my girlfriend hers, but never mine. Then when it came to the port transfer he was too quick with entering the information for the both of us that we had to still do the process when we got home by ourselves. I’m upset about this because we both were very much interested in the IPhone 13 Pro and settled for the regular 13 because of Ben not being informative or interested. Would not recommend working with Ben.

This was an awesome experience. I came in to upgrade my phone and although it took forever (because my old phone was so slow), Gina did an awesome job at providing the best customer service. Very helpful and always willing to help. She was the only employee in the store and still managed to handle 5-6 people at once just fine. Good job Gina!

Walked into this Verizon corporate store only to be placed on the phone with customer service where I had to hold for over an hour. Thank you Verizon... Has to be the most masterful way to WASTE your time.
