Very unhelpful. I had a curbside pick up. I took care of everything up front online. Easy breezy. They were supposed to verify it's me, make sure the phone and charger works and answer any questions. They were sending people away because they were closing in a hour and since they had two people in line (including me), they wouldn't be able to get to them today. I went in, they tossed me the bag, after a cursour glance at my ID, and with a have a nice day over their shouldrs, walked away. Screen cover and Otter case I supposed was in there too. Good thing I know how to put those on, or it would be bad. I took it home. $1300 phone, that won't turn on because it needs charged and the charger that came with it, doesn't work. If I use another, non-issued charger, it voids my warranty. The clincher, to set up the phone, you need to take a pic of the bar code. Which of course you can't do if your phone won't turn on, because it won't charge. I love that the customer receipt doesn't have their phone number on it. They really don't want to be bothered at all by you. If you must use Verizon, use a different store. This one is horrible. Sorry, this review was so long.

Worst customer service. I went yesterday to pick up a phone. Before i arrived at the location, I was advised to download the myverizon app in order to pick up my new phone I ordered online. However, when I arrived the app couldn’t be logged into due to the service being blocked in the area. I’m sure the store knows this so why have curbside instructions if the internet is blocked in the area? I even used a Verizon phone to try to login to the app at arrival with no luck. So I had to go into the store to get the phone. Lastly, what upsets me the most is the customer service lady didn’t tell me the phone wouldn’t come with a charger adapter. Now I can’t use my phone because it’s completely dead. I could’ve purchased an adapter while I was there. Just ridiculous smh.

Alexander answered all my questions professionally and helped me with a phone feature. A+ 👍 Update 3-26-22: Chuy, aka Jesus, was very helpful in getting us upgraded on new phones and answering ALL our questions about possibly getting a 3rd line for our kid. Hubs got a new phone and my new Samsung is on order. Even upgraded to a new plan with free Disney+ and now free Hulu.

I’m currently a customer of T-mobile who is requiring all employees to get a medical intervention or be fired. Good job to Verizon for being the only cell provider in the USA who is respecting their employees as people with a freedom of choice. You have earned my business, I don’t care if it’s more expensive it’s worth it.

Workers are great! The Manager that serviced and helped me Was awesome he stayed longer than he should and was getting frustrated with the wait time of the call! Thanks again for being patient! But Verizon itself is truly not worth it at all, went it to Port my number & create a line with them but the past couple of days have been hell! Waiting for customer support for hours with no explanation or no follow ups to tell me to go to the store only to have to wait on call again!! truly worst service I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble from this terrible provider go with another company. You'd think with the best coverage and most expensive plans they would be able to offer better customer service through there own lines!! I for sure will cancel the new line & will be returning the phone that they couldn't even active or figure out anything.
