My experience in store was good but when I received my bill there were multiple add-on's I didn't authorize. The manager, Natalie, helped my wife and me in store. She was personable and knowledgeable. She appropriately upsold us by informing us of other products and services that AT&T offers. We chose to also add AT&T fiber and our installation was scheduled for the next day. Ray, the installation specialist was FANTASTIC! He deeply explained how to get the most out of our new equipment. He provided the most professional and best service I've received in years. I received my bill and it had $17 of insurance and $5 for the "Next-Up" phone upgrade feature added to my new line without my permission. Neither of these options were presented in store for us to approve. Additionally, I realized that one of my other 5 lines had $15 of insurance added to it again without my authorization. It seems like AT&T employees are adding these features without authorization in order to meet quotas. The most frustrating thing about the whole experience is AT&T's customer support. They say they can't do anything but remove those items for the future without refund. Furthermore, there is no method to send a formal complaint. The customer support is outsourced, unable to do anything to help, and a maddening experience. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because Ray was awesome.

I honestly can’t thank this store enough, especially that very nice and helpful manager Natalie she helped me with everything I needed and more I will be coming back just for her service alone

“Natalie” the manager at the ATT Cibolo location was Awesome. She fixed my phone issue in less than 5 minutes!!!! Wait… prior to seeing her, I had two ATT phone support techs in the last 2 weeks that couldn’t figure it out and the last tech jacked my phone to a point that I couldn’t even use the phone period!!! Ms. Natalie (I hope I got the name right) She deserves a pay raise… because #1 she fixed my phone in less than 5 mins (even though I waited for at least 10 min), #2 she was the only person in the store and there were a few customers waiting!!! Kudos to her (Natalie the Manager!).

Had such a negative experience with Chuck that I will never go back to the Cibolo store again. He was arrogant, condescending and got me so frustrated I raised my voice though I didn’t yell. He told me to leave the store or he would call the cops. I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran and almost had an anxiety attack driving home as I had never been treated like that by anyone! After I calmed down I went to the AT&T store in the Forum and was treated respectfully and my issue was resolved in minutes. Seeing how many other negative reviews there are of this location because of Chuck if he’s still employed there I have no idea why. If you see this review and haven’t been into the Cibolo AT&T retail location DON’T! Go to the AT&T store in The Forum!

Jacob I believe his name is was absolutely great, handled all the customers that came in at rush hour by himself at a great rate & very professional. Helped everyone to the best of his ability as best as he could or got them in the right direction. And acknowledged everyone as they walked through the door, great young man.
