My last two visits here have been the worst customer experience ever. This morning I stopped in to replace a jet pack. I arrived at the store at 9 o’clock, as soon as they opened. Immediately upon entering the store the employee asked me if I was there to do an express pick up. I stated that I was not I was there to replace a device. He immediately told me that I was parked in an express parking slot and I needed to move my car. I noted that I was the only car in the parking lot and obviously parking must be at a premium. He stated that it was an asked me to move my car. He would not even get up out of his chair to look at my device and stated that it looked like it needed a new battery. Today is the last time that I will visit this Verizon store in particular, and perhaps I should rethink my 15 years of business with Verizon as a whole

Dont really get how you can just close early on a Saturday after notifying me that my order is ready for pick up. Drove 30 mins to this store so that I could get my product TODAY. Next time have the decency and courtesy to reach out to your customers to let them know that you will be closing early after taking their money. The only reason I will return to this store is the retrieve my purchase and will never return and recommend NO ONE ever come to this store.

Fabulous, I thought I would have a better price&deal if I did it myself . What I found out was going to the store was faster, better deals and a lot less work on my part. 100% glad I spoke with Jessica manager&Jesus tech specialist. Hands down best service I've had in a long time.

I got a new phone today, and the team member that worked with me felt unhelpful. I manage my family's account, but did not have access, so he told me he wouldnt help me upgrade unless my parents were there. I explained and asked if there was a way i could call her and have her give a phone consent, he said it could only be done online. I asked him to walk me through it so i could instruct her, but he told me that he could not do that. 10 minutes later i figured out how to do it myself, because like i said, i manage my family's account. I go back in the store and the employee is now willing to work with me. He asked me what I wanted, i said i wasnt sure but was considering samsung or a pixel. He tells me i should do a samsung, i say "ok" then he goes to the back. When the staff member returned he had the information on my new phone. I never got to see the phones, i didnt pick that phone, he just picked that one for me. I tell him before I would agree, i wanted to look at it. He shows me the phone, I ask a few questions, and I pick my color. Overall im pretty sad I didnt get to look at my options, and just had my new phone picked for me. Afterwards I ask about the trade in and transferring, he just tells me I will do it at home. Through the whole process I felt like I wasn't being "helped" at all. Now I have a new phone, which im grateful for, but I dont even know what my options would have been, and thats a little depressing for me.

Lied to us about a device we own that needed activated. They told us they no longer support the device (JetPac) and that we would have to buy a new one for $140. AND that we had to pay an in-store $45 activation fee AND a $34 activation fee on our next bill!!!! We walked out, called Verizon and they activated the device, quoted a $15 activation charge AND lowered our bill by $50/mo because of a loyalty program. We went online to find the new JetPac selling for $79 not the $140 they were quoting! I will no longer work with a retail Verizon store! Especially this one!

Bought 4 phones online set for pick up at this location. Big mistake. Was repeatedly told the safe takes a long time to get in (what in the world?). Was told the order will be ready at 3:30. Came in at 4. Basically waited till close and was assisted then only. StAy. away from this location. Not worth it. Severely understaffed or a weird safe that resets when a customer walks in???

Staff are very nonchalant. I went into the store two weeks back myself and another lady was standing in the front. One rep was on her personal having a personal call for like 3 minutes before deciding to hang up and asking can she help someone. Two guys were standing together chatting and joking for maybe an entire minute before acknowledging me. Definitely not the Verizon brand of customer service I’m familiar with

Paul at this location was simply amazing! He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. After visiting the Verizon in Georgetown and dealing a rude rep I was hesitant about visiting another store. This Paul made up for all the wrong doings rude Paul did. I will definitely come to this location again just to work with Paul!

After being sent to rest store by internet CS because we were not able to transfer info from old phone to a new one, I went there and from the onset, wasn't even acknowledged until a customer got up to leave. Jennifer, which I noticed later was the manager, asked what I needed. I explained what I was told to do and she proceeded to what I thought was going to take care of the issue. All OK, up to then once I was acknowledged. After about and hour of trying to get the issue resolved. She went to the back, with her lunch containers in hand and came back up from and told me that's all she could do... then she walked out. It was 5:43, and she mentioned they closed at 6pm. I was there at about before 4:30! I thought maybe she was just taking her stuff to the car, but no, she left! I looked around, finally urged out" what the heck just happened here, the manager just walked out on me without saying she was leaving". She left me sitting behind the counter with my phones still laying there! I asked another rep if she was coming back.. he said "no, she's gone for the day" !! "She asked me to take care of you after I'm done with my customer." I asked if he was being serious, he said yes! I then asked him for the manager's last name and he refused to provide it. After my rant and him supposedly turning to help me while at same time working with the other customer he said I should be grateful they were 'helping me" that it was out of courtesy and thst they were actually doing Me a favor! This rep's name was Gabe according his badge and he also refused to tell me his last name. I could not believe this was happening...such poor customer service! I'm a manager at a large equipment rental company and no way would I ever allow myself or any of my employees to treat our customers in any way resembling this! Never! People get fired for this! I hope something is done about this and that no others have to go through this. But after seeing the reviews for this location and their staff, it does not surprise me one bit! What a shame...and an eye opener for me! Never again will I step into that store! Despicable behavior and service!

Went in to try and rework my mobile plan. Even with the health safety items in place, it was comfortable to be in-store. They gave me all the options and even helped out with some discounts I was not taking advantage of. Everything was handled during the visit.
