I went here 2 days ago was dealing with Jonathan.. I had a problem with my texting to one contact of mine.. 20 minutes later he did fix my problem... I came by 5 minutes after I left and all my contact names which were perfectly fine when I gave him my phone to fix were gone... I informed Jonathan that all my contacts on what's app were gone... his comment was that's not his job to restore my contacts...quote... I don't get paid to do that... I told him when I handed him the phone before he fixed my text issue all my contacts were there... again he replied that is not his job... again I said you made it happen... again I don't get paid to do it... I informed him I would leave a bad review for his bad service and worse attitude...his comment was we have plenty of good reviews...I went home and my daughter fixed the problem in 1 minute ... Jonathan has no business being in a service business company

The service was superb. There was one young man, Jonathan?? working for the entire store. He was courteous to me as well as making other customers who came in aware of how long the wait would be. He was meticulous, kind, and very knowledgeable. This will be my store of choice due to the customer service I received. The young man yesterday was crushing it! An asset to AT&T and should be recognized for his dedication.

I went in store here in round rock tx for a number change not to have an extra line added to my account the sales rep didn't know how to do his job he made it seem simple easy and fast and only ended up adding an extra un-needed definitely not wanted or asked for..... I only wanted to change my number....

I went in yesterday to get a new phone after years of having the same phone. It was that time. I probably drove by 3-4 AT&T Stores to go to this one because my wife said they had always been the most helpful to her and she was quick to point out a couple not to go to. Cobe waited on me and he was incredible. He kept me in the loop on everything we were doing and took time to explain every step in the process. I highly recommend this store and Cobe.

The best AT&T Store I’ve been to. It wasn’t crowded and I was helped right away. Chris was so determined and patient with my iPhone issues and was able to get them resolved 🙌! I would definitely recommend this location and Chris as your smart phone guru.

Friendly folks that were out to find me the best deal possible. I enjoyed my experience here. I normally don't like at&t because of their corporate decision making, but the employees working in this location helped dispel my concerns with their customer service. I went in to get a better phone and they helped me trade up to the latest greatest model, which i had no idea was possible. I walked out very happy with my exchange.
