Back in May when I first moved here I had the pleasure of working with Gary to get home internet set up. He was very helpful and easy to work with. I even had to leave before we had everything was ready. He finished getting my internet set up and then the home equipment was shipped to me. Overall would recommend.

Worst experience. I lost my phone and the workers were not paying attention. They were having side conversations. They had me erase my daughters Apple ID saying that’s how I could get my things back but without the notice that it would erase her information. It was really frustrating. I left there with no help at all and had to go to another location in Pflugerville. The assistant mgr there helped me out to explain everything about the situation and get my number back active.

Gregory was outstanding. He is the ONLY AT&T employee in 6 months of being an AT&T customer that actually listened and then took action to get my account FIXED. This is after multiple trips to AT&T stores and speaking with over 14 people at AT&T customer service lines (including supervisors and account resolution reps). Gregory was polite and professional. He not only fixed my account by getting the promotional offer applied that should have been done when I first signed up for services but also requested that I reach out to.him directly if there are any further issues with my billing statement. Can't say how incredibly frustrated I've been as a first time AT&T mobile customer for the past 6 months. Having an AT&T rep that actually listened but getting a long due resolution is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! THANK YOU GREGORY

Worst Customer Service Ever!! I called to ask what inventory they had and was told they couldn't check because they had people waiting. I show up to find 2 employees just walking around not helping anyone. one of the employees asked what i was looking for and I said an Iphone 12. He said he was going to check to see if they had one. He came back out and said they did and to wait for the next available representative. Two other representatives finished went to the back and never came back out. After waiting for an hour I finally had someone ask me what I was looking for, and I told him Iphone 12. He said they didn't have any but could order one. I waited an hour for no reason and this is after someone supposedly went to the back to check. This was the worst customer service ever!!

My husband and I had just purchased our new iPhones when we discovered they hadn’t come with a charger. So we made our way to the location here and we had a great experience. The staff member that assisted us was really sweet and he seemed very knowledgeable. He even suggested a deal for us that ended up saving us money in the long run. We were in and out fairly quickly. If you need to conduct any business in person this is definitely a good store to do it!

I came in to change carriers from sprint and upgrade my IPhone. Jessie and Gregg both helped me out with getting me set up with my First Responder plan and answered all my questions. They both have great customer service and where so patient with me and the process. I do plan to return and work them again to add on to my plan. Thank you again to both of them !

KUDOS! KUDOS! KUDOS! for an outstanding job by AT&T Retail Sales Mgr. GREGORY WELTON!! 👏👍👌 We own & operate a local business here in Austin/Round Rock, Tx, since 1998. We utilize both Verizon & AT&T for our wireless devices. Last Sunday, I stopped in a Verizon store to have 2 of our numbers (keeping the 2 Samsung S21 phones) ported back to Verizon from AT&T. On Monday, Verizon ported the 2 numbers over successfully but no one at Verizon advised me to have the phones unlocked before the numbers were ported. On Tuesday and Wednesday, after bouncing around with several phone calls, attempts to unlock the phones on AT&T 's website, and trips to Verizon and AT&T stores (retail only - no business corporate employees), we were advised that we had to pay off any outstanding debt w/AT&T before they would unlock them. Paid items in full on Wednesday. We were told we had to wait an additional 24 hrs before the phone could be unlocked. Today, Friday, around 11:00am we researched and found the closest corporate store at 2601 S. IH35 RR, Tx. Around 11:00am I was promptly greeted and added to the waiting list by Gregg. I briefly told him what I needed, and he was able to assist me within 10-15 minutes. Our issue was, although the 2 phone numbers had already been ported and the phones were paid in full, I still couldn't get them unlocked. Greg stayed with me the entire time -- over two hours before we successfully resolved my issues. I was greatly relieved and started to relax and felt confident that Greg would be able to finally resolve me problems. He is a gentleman who demonstrated outstanding knowledge of what customer service means. He is a great listener. I felt he immediately understood what we had been going thru this week and he was so willing to help me. He was sincerely kind and caring, humbly rspectful, calm, patient, understanding and relatable during the entire process - over two hours on the phone with different tech support depts, the AT&T website on his work tablet, his cellphones and my cellphone. When were finished, I felt so relieved and happy! I believe he is an outstanding manager who truly cares about his customers. I thanked him and told him that he rocks -- that he is a ROCK STAR! He gave me his business card and volunteered to walk with me to the door after we finished my accessories purchase and held open the door for me as I left his store to say goodbye. I was truly moved by my encounter with him and I told him I'd be happy to give him a great review. Thank you so very much Gregg! You are a true Customer Service / Manager ROCK STAR! The sale rep was very good very pleased. It was lack of accessories. I felt i should hv gotten something free for one of the phones I purchased like some kind of accessories not to expensive of course. I mean I did spend 500. plus but over I guess it was ok

Do not come here, was so disappointed in the service here. My mother and father came in at 11am and bought phones and were not happy with them once they got home setting them up. We entered the store the same day at 12:45pm explaining the situation Adnon and were told they would have to pay $100 restocking fee despite only having the phones for an hour and a half.
