Very rude to t-mobile customers. Don't use this store for anything. They are only there to sell not to help you with your device or account. A liability to t-mobile.
Thanks for the reply. I spoke to customer service about the issue and they are replacing the device since still under warranty as explained to your representative. Looking at your reviews for the last 6 months..appears your representatives are helpful 50% of the time. No need to discuss their behavior, it is your business to manage not a t-mobile customers to discuss. ~L
