Bought 4 phones online set for pick up at this location. Big mistake. Was repeatedly told the safe takes a long time to get in (what in the world?). Was told the order will be ready at 3:30. Came in at 4. Basically waited till close and was assisted then only. StAy. away from this location. Not worth it. Severely understaffed or a weird safe that resets when a customer walks in??? ~Ali

Very rude to t-mobile customers. Don't use this store for anything. They are only there to sell not to help you with your device or account. A liability to t-mobile. Thanks for the reply. I spoke to customer service about the issue and they are replacing the device since still under warranty as explained to your representative. Looking at your reviews for the last 6 months..appears your representatives are helpful 50% of the time. No need to discuss their behavior, it is your business to manage not a t-mobile customers to discuss. ~L

My husband and I had just purchased our new iPhones when we discovered they hadn’t come with a charger. So we made our way to the location here and we had a great experience. The staff member that assisted us was really sweet and he seemed very knowledgeable. He even suggested a deal for us that ended up saving us money in the long run. We were in and out fairly quickly. If you need to conduct any business in person this is definitely a good store to do it! ~The

The service was superb. There was one young man, Jonathan?? working for the entire store. He was courteous to me as well as making other customers who came in aware of how long the wait would be. He was meticulous, kind, and very knowledgeable. This will be my store of choice due to the customer service I received. The young man yesterday was crushing it! An asset to AT&T and should be recognized for his dedication. ~Tonia

I requested a refill on a prescription 8 days ago. I was told they would contact my doctor and refill the prescription. Sounds great right... a week later I call and am told, oh we’ve had that since Wednesday... no call, no email, just should have known. Pharmacy closes at 6 though, so you’ll have to come tomorrow. Tomorrow is Sunday, online shows hours till 6 PM, except they have changed their hours and now the pharmacy closes at 3 on Sundays. ~Jason

I have to use my Otc card from insurance in here. ALWAYS things are marked Otc then I get to checkout and it’s not actually covered so I guess most people are rich enough to go ahead and pay cash. I’m not. They know it’s been issue for couple years and don’t fix it. I have approached manager about this issue so many times. Like intentional false advertising. I can now go to Walmart for Otc products and pay 2.00$ for a product there on Otc that Walgreens charges 8$ for same product. (Alkeseltzer). I only kept getting rx filled here because I had to use Otc card here. Now that I have options I am getting my rx switched. Their prices make NO sense and now all incoming rx calls unless you ask for store go thru outside source and rx is outsourced as well. Means no longer the person I look in the eyeball when I pick up is even filling my prescription. ~hizgrase

Took a passport photo on Saturday the 14th and was told by the employee that their printer was not working and to come back in a few days to pick up the photo. Came in on my lunch break on Tuesday the 17th and was told that they deleted a bunch of photos but they happened to have a good 100 or so photos on the camera from who knows when. I will not be visiting this CVS again and hope my experience will prevent someone else for going through this experience. ~Fairen

Comparatively a small factory outlet with limited options to choose from, also they hardly have enough employees to help find you something other than what is already placed on the shelves. I would prefer going to a dedicated bigger factory outlet next time. ~Sameer

I love this store. So much to offer in alot of sizes and it’s always clean. They don’t allow messy shelves. Clearance even organized and staff was helpful. ~Tara
